Went here to celebrate my little brothers birthday, It was 3 adults 2 kids and my 10 month old baby. They were bringing us the wrong items all night, management would just walk away from us while we were talking to them. And they charged me for my 10 month old. I looked up the pricing and they said they charge by height they start charging when a child is 4ft there is no way my 10 month old was 4ft. I couldn’t even speak to management because they were no where to be found.

Went there on Sat around 630pm. Not much of a wait, and food was okay. Feel like is under staff but the waitress tried his best with his positive attitude.

Poor service today for a group of 10, food ordered took too long, gave us a table that had a grill that didn't work, and asked if we can use a grill that does work, they basically forgot about us. I don't know Gen today was just a disappointment

I took two teenagers for dinner yesterday. It was a great experience for them! Food was delicious (#4 is their favorite) and the atmosphere was nice.However, the waitress Emily seems too busy to care to be friendly. She did her job bringing the food, but made no effort to smile or check on us throughout the entire time. When she brought the check, she just threw on the table and turned away.Maybe she thought we were a smaller party of three and wouldn’t tip her enough to be worth her efforts, but her behavior is quite unacceptable.I still left tips because other staff (two gentlemen) are friendly and helpful.Will return for the food.

Great location, typically this place is busy but we were able to get a table for our large group. I would suggest to call in advance. They are a bit more accommodating than the other locations. Our waiter was splendid, he was very quick and helpful to our group. This place has a very good raspberry iced tea!!

Every type of meat I ate was delicious! Kimchi tastes really fresh. Definitely recommend to try the spicy tofu soup.
This is solely on meat and soju quality. I already don't like soju, this just tasted like soda, not natural tasting at all. The meat was not great quality either. Not much fat, the rib eye was an insanely small cut. Brisket was fine. For the price they charge I would try to find somewhere else. Service was great. Their product is inferior

Food was good, just the last plate not. We are pretty sure it was not beef, maybe pork instead. If not this came from an extraordinary cow! After 3 beef plates we do know what it tastes like, what the structure is like, etc. Waitress wasn’t helpful on that issue…
