All my family praise their pork bun! I find the siu mai and shrimp dumpling are awesome too. I love how easy I can place the order through Yelp and the food prepared punctually for us to pick up. I went to this dim sum place before the pandemic and the queue was long! However during this start-back-to-normal situation, and Memorial day, I was expecting it to be crowded too and surprising they able to fulfill the order in time. Not 5 stars because they did not include the sauce for us! Chili sauce or hot sauce are so important to me whenever it comes to dim sum! So, remember to ask for sauce if you are sauce lover. Their egg custard bun is not as nice as Mayflower. Hence deduct 0.5stars for each. I hope they have more dim sum choices though, I remember when eat in, the selection are more. Anyway they have all the main dim sum-must-have.

Had dinner here over the Memorial Day long weekend. I was surprised that it was not crowded at all. We ordered a few very common dishes. The food was good and the quantity was pretty generous also. However, the cost for each dish in the final check was about $2 higher than it was in the menu.

Take out is never as good as eating at the restaurant but still on of my favorite dim sum spots. Their sesame balls are the best. Authentic and delicious.

I was brought to this place by a well trusted homie they would not steer me to mediocre food. They did not disappoint. First. their COVID19 game is strong. Outdoor dining via roped off parking spaces and spaced out tables. Second, staff is friendly and attentive which was kinda shocking given how busy they were. Third, sanitation station and pick up instructions clearly posted. Follow the rule y'all! Now into the food....all the classics with Har Gow being plump overstuffed dumplings of joy. The skin could have been thinner, but who's complaining after the pandemic. He chicken feet we're amongst the best ever. Tofu skin rolls were beautiful and succulent. We ended up ordering way too much for two people to eat, but by the end, I wished I ordered more to sample a wider variety. I'm definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu.

My favorite Dim Sum place in Fremont. They are open now for dining in. They allow you to choose eat inside or outside. The only thing that is not good as before is that they don't offer the old way to allow you pick up the food from the cart. I think that is the consequence of COVID-19. Hopefully it will come back when I come to this place next time.

This place was decent. It's just hard flag down servers because they're mostly in the back. Make sure you ask for everything you need like sauces and napkins all in the beginning. We sat indoors, and they charge +$1 per person dining to the bill probably for COVID sanitary reasons.

If I could give a negative star I would. I was the only customer that they took temperature on. I am not of Asian decent and I was discriminated against. Every Asain customer was greeted with a loud welcome and yet I was intially denied entrance because it was 81 degrees outside and my temperature read 99.4. I had to show my vaccine card and proof of 2nd vaccine on 4/8. They did not take anyone's temperature but my temperature. They have outdoor dining in the parking lot without umbrellas or shade. They tried to sit me outside in the direct sun when there was plenty of indoor seating. Pre COVID I usually eat lunch at this restaurant with coworkers who spoke Mandarin. I've never had a negative experience but I've never had to communicate with the staff because my coworkers would. I took some friends and their families to this restaurant on a Saturday. We did not speak Mandarin or Chinese. This was the first time I experienced discrimination. Nothing was available and they made ordering difficult. I will not return nor recommend this restaurant.

Had Door Dash here, food came quick and everything was fresh. cheaper than some of the other popular dim sum places which is a huge plus. Non sustainable packaging however most typical Asian places are like this. Steamed egg yolk bun 5/5- liquid gold yolk inside. Salty and sweet. Best when fresh. Steamed rice noodle XO sauce 4.5/5 - soft and chewy rice noodle stirfried with a frequent EXO sauce. I really like the noodles however it didn't come with a dipping sauce like I wanted. Steamed barbecue pork bun 4/5 - pork bun with soft however the filling is too fatty and lil too salty for me. Steamed bean curd roll with pork and shrimp 5/5 - hard to mess this one up. Had plenty of filling and bean curd roll was al dente. Siu Mai 4.5/5 - skin was thin, was the right size, not too big not too small, and filling has good amount of pork and shrimp. Overall had a pleasant experience with this place, will be back to try more.

We called ahead to order just one item, but after arriving 15 minutes later to pickup the food as instructed, we had to wait an additional 50 minutes while the staff hid from customers to avoid refunds. Lying to customers about wait times was infuriating and dishonest, with many people waiting outside in the cold wind and confused. I want to emphasize the staff collected money first and hid in the kitchen to avoid people that wanted to get refunds so they could leave. When the food was ready it was super oily and so bad we ended up recooking it to try and salvage it. Adding salt to the wound, it was bad and also expensive (+$15), for beef chow fun. I wish I could give this place 10 one star reviews for all the people they pissed off today. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place.

AMAZING DIM SUM SPOT! I came with a group of 3 around noon and was seated immediately. They had indoor and outdoor options. Since it was cold, we did indoor. Every table is partitioned off so you're in your own little zone. We were there for dim sum, so ordered a huge variety of dumplings! They aren't doing the carts right now, so it takes a little longer to get the food out, but everything was hot and fresh! As always our eyes were bigger than our stomach, but we left very full and satisfied!

They do not tell you the real prices for their dishes. For example, one of our orders, they changed the price for it when the owner handed us the receipt. This is a very dishonest restaurant.

Since dine-in has been restored in our county, what better way to ring in a weekend than to have dim sum on a Saturday morning? We stopped in right when they opened and were seated almost right away. Per usual, we ordered practically everything we saw on the menu without considering how much we could actually eat. Dim sum was good. Not anything negative to point out aside from the fact that dim sum carts might be obsolete indefinitely. I mean, there's nothing wrong with dim sum coming straight from the steamer in the kitchen, but the carts are the staple of the 'dim sum experience' -- y'all feel me?! Anyway, there were partitioners in between tables as a way to ensure we were socially distanced while dining indoors. Temperature checks at the door were another safety precaution these folks were taking. I will note it was a bit pricey considering it was a late breakfast or brunch -- for our party of 3, we paid about $170. Other than that, not a bad choice if you're in the Milpitas or borderline Fremont area.

Absolutely the best dim sum in the bay area as far as I'm concerned. Did it take out today and the food was absolutely delicious. Excellent customer Service as well. I've tried a lot of baked barbecued pork buns in my life and this is the best I've ever had. A little dip with the hot mustard is so good. Ordered: Baked barbecue pork bun, Sumai, lotus rice, rice noodle shrimp. absolutely delicious!!!! Thank you!

Food wasn't good not sure because it's a take out and dish wasn't that fresh from the kitchen. I ordered via Yelp and when we get there to pick up they can't find the order so we end up waiting for them to cook the food. This place is normally so pack before Covid so I can't until everytime go back to normal and get the place another chance dine in.
