My first time in this place since we are from MO and was here for a vacation. I ordered grilled squid and bangus,they did give me soup with rice but never a sauce or something. The food isn't bad but customer service sucks. I asked for a \\\"to go box\\\" since obviously I did not finish my food. The lady was just staring at me and doesn't know what I am asking for,so I talked in tagalog \\\" Ate pahingi po ng box lagayan ng left over\\\". She looked at me again and said \\\" Doon ka sa cashier manghingi\\\". Wow! The box was sitting right behind her all this time. I have to ask from another lady behind the cashier(since cashier was attending to someone else). This lady handed me a box with a very unfriendly look. Is it the first time that somebody had asked for a to go box??? Seriously? Customer service just sucks. I will never recommend this place to anybody and will never be back. A bit of advice ladies..if you do not like the job you're doing,then go elsewhere and find a job that will make you happy\\\".

First day i step-in without hesitation ms. Ping help me. She’s very friendly gave me free consultation even gave me tips and hints to remove pimples & pimple mark. Been here for more than 6 months and she did not fail me to amaze results of her work. Highly recommend this spa especially Ms. Ping. Thank you for your patience to me!?

Grill city should put their combo food in a microwavable containers more convenient if your on the go for work or taking the food home. Most of the restaurants that sells food switch to microwaveable containers . Don't be so cheap! Now the problem here I took this to work and how can I microwave them with non microwaveable containers. This food belongs to hot food it doest belong to cold food that it isn't necessary put in microwaveable containers!!!! So cheap!!! Not buying my food for work here!

Every time i order something from them its its either they giving me wrong items or im missing most of my orders and their customers service is the worst! They will act mad when you tell them about the issue and they dont apologize either. I wish i could give 0 star ???

The Footlong turon is not good at all because there is so much wrapper that makes it not crunchy. Its hard to bite. They should just use one wrapper. Im very disappointed.
