This restaurant is a head-scratcher. As a Chinese/Cantonese decendant, it bodes well that the greeters and main waiters are moatly native Cantonese speakers. The decor is suitablly grand-- the ceilings of the main dining hall are super high, and there are two giant monitors on either side (though it's basically flashing ads and commercials the entire time). The dim sum at this restaurant is absolutely the best in the Bay Area! The shrimp dumplings are perfectly made with thin wrappers and generous fillings, and the durian puffs are amazing. Every dish exceeded expectations—highly recommended! The service was excellent, and the food was served quickly.
