Quality has drastically declined compared to when they first started. The food is stale. Just like many other Bay Area restaurants, they became popular and are now serving substandard food.

The Haleem they served made my friends and me extremely ill, causing diarrhea and vomiting. We had to visit the hospital for a checkup and take a day off to recover from this terrible food. The Haleem was excessively oily and was of poor quality. I do not recommend this place.

I tried goat haleem with my friends, we all had the same experience after eating it.
The smell was off, the meat is spoiled, the spices were not balanced.
Everyone of us had diarrhea the next day, everybody got sick.
We also had food from low rated restaurants but it was never like this, it is highly dissapointing to get the food from this kind of rated restaurant. I am actuallu shocked at the restaurant on how they got these rating(probably fake). Do not trust them.
Very very very bad. 0 accountability, 0 responsibility.
Mutton haleem was very good and flavorful, with perfectly slow-cooked meat that melted into every bite. Thick, aromatic, and topped with fried onions and ghee pure , Most recommend place.

I had the Mandi at Hashtag India, and it was absolutely satisfying. The rice was fragrant and perfectly spiced, and the meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The portion size was generous, making it a great dish to share and truly worth it.

⭐ Very Poor Quality – Health Concern
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with haleem. The moment we opened the container, there was a clear stale smell. It did not smell fresh or properly cooked, which was already concerning.
The taste confirmed it — the flavor felt off, slightly sour, and not at all like freshly prepared haleem. It seemed like old stock reheated and served. The texture was also unpleasant and overly oily.
Unfortunately, after eating it, we experienced stomach upset and loose motions, which makes this even more serious. Food safety should never be compromised.
Very disappointed and honestly worried about hygiene standards. I would not recommend this place at all.

Ate the haleem yesterday and got sick today. All of us who ate it ended up with food poisoning. I would strongly warn others to avoid this place.

We went to the restaurant today with our two kids, and we were so much excited and looking forward to have the Mandi experience, but it was very bad as the quantity was for one person (where they mention for 2) you could see the bottom of the plate in the Mandi. There was not enough rice the chicken was so dry and it looked like it was cooked since the morning. We also ordered butter chicken Momo and it was not fresh and was also dry. We also ordered the chicken noodles the chicken pieces were so dry everything look like it was pre-cooked and not freshly cooked. We went with really high hopes, but turned out to disappointment. Will not return to this restaurant!

Restaurantji Recommends
We had a very unpleasant experience in the restaurant with seating. We were already in a table and we were asked to move and give it to another customer. I would highly recommend the restaurant to have a system to give table for customers.

This is worst place for the guest service, I ordered Chicken Mandi 2 weeks back, there was BLOOD coming from the meat they just changed the plate and today I went again with my friends and I Ordered Chicken Juicy Mandi and guess what there was BLOOD inside the meat again. And today I specifically told the person who was taking order that last time I got BLOOD in the meat, can you please make sure everything’s good today, he literally started laughing on my face.
The moment I saw the blood again today in the meat I told him and guess what, he dint even care to apologise, instead he just told me this only happened to you, this can be the worst line someone could to say this to a customer and I requested to refund me for my food and he did denied to refund even after this happened 2nd time for me. As a person I can’t even imagine to eat food with BLOOD in the same plate. This is the worst service I ever seen in my entire restaurant experience.
I hope my review helps someone who are looking to have hygiene food, if yes please ignore this restaurant. I have also reported this to the city food safety department.

Traditional style Mandi biriyani...garlic shrimp and other appetizers are really good. Ordered three mandi biriyani one chicken, one mutton and one paneer. Felt the paneer was a little creamy. But tje biriyani rice itself is very flavorful, not spicy. Had golisoda to accompany it.
