Been to this location a few times now. Deemed it one of the least preferred spot out of other HLS locations.

We ordered:
A4 mango chew ball (ice cream on the side) $8.50
ice cream tasted more like a coconut ice cream
D3 pomelo and mango with sago $8.95

Drink was good, but for some reason, sago here is frozen.

There have been times where the inside of the store has weird smells...from chemicals..to sewage smells.

Some seating inside.

Hectic parking lot during peak hours.

Not the best HLS location.

3.5. I am a fan of Hui Lau Shan everywhere but they prefeoze the mango and coconut with sago. It made for a quick delivery but the coconut was slushy and the sago was dry and hard. Potential is 4.5 if you make it fresh but it would come with a longer wait.

Nice clean place, the everything mango desserts is ok, nothing special.

Ordered the mango pomelo sago. Mango tasted frozen, and the sago was literally frozen! There were chunks of frozen sago at the bottom of my drink that tasted like freezer burn. Very disappointing

More interesting and better at night than boba.

Lots of mango jellies, yogurts, etc for $8. Something sure to please everyone with some options sweeter than others. Fairly quick and consisent. Never a long line but always busy.

Good spot after eating at a resturant in the plaza.

Fantastic dessert spot with a few locations in the bay area. This location opens the ealiest of the ones near by but still a bit late at 12:30.

Good mango with great coconut flavors, would recommend if keen on non dairy dessert places.

Pricing is pretty fair too conpared to similar stores.

This is not the first time ordering the red bean soup. The red beans were not fully cooked! So disappointing!

The drinks were delicious, and I was so impressed with how quickly everything was served. I'll definitely be coming back again in the future. I also think it is a great spot for dessert!

Delicious flavorful mango desserts

If you love mango desserts, Hui Lau Shan is the place to go! Their mango dishes are always fresh, flavorful, and not overly sweet—which I really appreciate. My favorite is the D5 set: the coconut milk frappé paired with mango is such a perfect combination. Creamy, refreshing, and balanced—it never feels heavy. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I’m craving a light yet satisfying mango treat.

I already tried this Mango dessert place out in Houston and Austin,Texas, so I wanted to take my sister here to try it out in Milpitas, CA. It did not disappoint. The Mango treats came out quick, and i surprisingly liked the coconut based one. The mango treats here are delicious and refreshing. You just have to ask the workers here what they put in them if you want to find the right treat for you, and of course, you have to like Mango. If you have not been here before, you should definitely give this place a try.
