One of the worst customer service! I ordered Boneless Chicken biryani and Chicken 65. First of all they gave me chicken 65 that looked like 2 days old one..and then when I asked him to replace it they refused to replace it! You don’t do this kind of customer service. I paid for fresh food not a 2 days old food!

It’s run by amateurs , some practices are outright dangerousWe ordered veg ball Manchurian , they got it delivered from outside after we orderedWe saw someone bring in the veg balls in a bag after we orderedThe veg and mutton biryanis were tasteless and flavorlessI should have judged from the reviews , all the customers are just judging this place based on price and quantityIt may be the lowest cost per lb of food but that’s where it stopsThis particular location is just a volume shop and feeding the hungry , don’t bother visiting if you are looking for something spectacular

Tried their Chicken Mandi Biryani. It was pretty good. Wish they start serving Jumbo mandi with big plates just like in Hyderabad. This is probably the first Hyderabadi Mandi in Bay Area. Hope others start soon too.

Especially when they have the name “Hyderabad's Dum Biryani” I had a lot of expectation but it was just a disaster. Don’t try Mandi and Haleem it’s a waste of time. Chicken lollipop is a joke. The only thing I liked is Thumps Up. lol
