Cheaper prices of milktea conpared to other newly opened boba storea
The milk tea is surprisingly good, this is one of a good milk tea I have had in town, not watery. Boba pearl is nice, chewy, and not too sweet. Foods and snacks are alright.
My only complaint is the location which is small and get too crowded sometimes. There are a few small trashes and napkins on the floor. Tables are not cleaned. There are a lot of online/take out orderes and people are waiting...
With that said, it's a good grab and go take out for boba tea, but not a good place for dine-in. Definitely be back again for a drink.
Compare with other iTea I had been to this one is the lowest. The regular milk tea I had almost tasteless few years ago, now years later they still can't make their drinks right. Had a Avocado and Matcha red bean Frosty. Avocado was the wrong sweet level, Matcha was mix blended with the red bean (I guess no one taught the workers how the drinks look like). The size of the drinks were smaller compare with other iTea location I had ordered, and they can't even blend the ice smooth. Since I ordered online you would think they'll text you when it ready like other iTea does, nope!
The only thing they got right is the boba, it was actually good.
The brown sugar boba latte is so good
The fruit tea and mango sago are great options here!

A typical Boba tea place. Price is reasonable and service is fairly quick.

Terrible place, they don’t use fresh fruits for their tea. I ordered a fruit tea and I could taste spoiled fruits from it. Avoid it at all costs

Drinks are authentic, unique, and there are plenty of options! I appreciate the creativity in the drinks! In comparison to other boba tea shops, their food and snacks menu is wild. Lots of fun stuff to choose from. Food comes out fast as well. Unfortunately for me the food is too salty for my taste. I've tried a few od the musubis, chicken, calamari, wings, and the Ramen. I've asked them to make it less salty which I think they are but it's still too much seasoning for me. Give it a try! You may have found your new boba tea spot!

Sat for almost 30 minutes just to be told my order was given away to someone else. Within those 30 minutes I noticed it happen to 2 other customers too. They are literally letting anyone walk up to grab random orders with 0 verification.

The drinks are good. Some popcorn chicken tastes good and some tastes bad. I haven’t tried enough food here to know the majority of its quality. Atmosphere is ok. It does get crowded and loud. Parking lot is ok, with enough parking.
