The drinks are good. Some popcorn chicken tastes good and some tastes bad. I haven’t tried enough food here to know the majority of its quality. Atmosphere is ok. It does get crowded and loud. Parking lot is ok, with enough parking.

just okay. the boba is nothing spectacular but also not terrible. the prices are good for boba in the bay area. the service is on the slower side (they seem to be mostly staffed by high schoolers).

Miso ramen was pretty good, unagi onigiri was bomb, and boba was average and enjoyable. I'd definitely come here again because they have a decent variety of food and beverages. The food was tasty enough that I'd definitely love to try the other menu offerings. Wish ramen had a spice option though ! But overall solid.

Was going next door but last minute changed our minds. I always have to compare items to the one in castro valley which to me is top tier (portions/quality/ everything). Anyways craved the char shui bowl( the braised pork) over rice; normally served with pickled veggies but this location served it with boiled carrots and corn. I actually asked the cashier for extra pickled veggies, but there was no comments as to if they even had it. The pork is pan fried had the crunchy edges. In castro valley, it's braised like buttery soft melt in your mouth textured. It isn't terrible at all, flavor is good. It just didn't satisfy that Taiwanese savory meaty pickled combo. The curry chicken was good smaller portion but the chicken is crispy and crunchy. Both dishes came out to $32 with tax, they didn't fill containers as the curry chicken.. curry is kept separate from the rice and chicken. I wanted to say the price didn't match up to what we were charged but I could be mistaken but it didn't seem like both dishes would've averaged about $16 each. I believe the price difference about $2-3 average more so I would just check. Ambiance is nice spacious area, a little loud , you can hear everyone's conversations and the blenders going but no issues in the sense that you can't sit and enjoy your food. Please don't compare all iteas I'm assuming they are all different franchises. Overall, I'll most likely be back but I just have to remember what my preference is.

Today I went this location. I ordered fresh taro smoothie. The smoothie no tasted just water and ice blended. No taros chunk in the drink. They made their drink not consistent like two week ago. Will not come back here again.

I ordered a signature boba milk tea and an original spam and egg onigiri. They allow very fine-grained control of sugar and ice, but I just got 50% on each; I might get 30% on each next time. The milk tea had a good, balanced flavor and the pearls were firm and chewy. The spam and egg onigiri is a lot like a spam musubi, but packaged a bit differently; instead of a strip of seaweed holding the piece together, the seaweed wraps around the rice with the spam and egg in the middle, like a folded open-faced sandwich.Wait time is moderate. This place sees a lot of traffic, but they also have a lot of staff to make the orders. My boba came out faster than my onigiri.

It is not just serving bubble tea but also Japanese style foods. I tried curry Ramen and Donkatsu rice. Ramen tasted great but pork cutlet tasted a little different than normal Donkatsu I used to eat. Will definitely try the Ramen again.

When it comes to popcorn chicken, Itea is my favorite place to go! The chicken pieces are generously sized, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The combination of garlic and basil makes eat bite a perfect balance.Another food item I like to get is their takoyaki. It's a must-try dish!.I tried their grilled unagi avocado Okinawa Onigiri for their first time and I really liked it! The portion size is big and the combination of grilled eel and creamy avocado creates a delightful harmony of flavors. The service is usually pretty fast and they do a good job at keeping their tables clean, which makes for a good indoor seating ambiance.

Drink was made SUPER fast, like within 3-5 minutes, it felt like it was just 2. Loved my red bean milk tea!

The teas and popcorn chicken are great. What is disappointing though is they do not honor their rewards system and that’s what the rating is reflective of. We have been going in frequently, entering our number with each order and also downloaded their app. The reward states you get a free tea after 9 orders. But our account just shows no punchcard available. The store took down our number multiple times but no resolution.

Awesome service. Snacks and drinks are great :) Thank you for taking our order right before closing time. Highly recommended this Itea location!
