Well managed ihop. They offer regular ihop menu, and service is pretty good. The location is very convenient and they have decent parking facility.

Ordered a bacon avocado ranch burger and fries. Smallest portion of fries I've ever seen and the bacon was old. I ordered extra on the side as well. The bacon was under temp and just not even tasty. Expected better. Never again.

Although we were sat immediately, not a single waiter came by for 15 minutes before we gave up and left, not even to say I'll be right with you or anything. There was only one waiter in sight that seemed insistent on only acknowledging 3 tables along the wall in front of us. He never once turned around or glanced at any other parties in the room. Many people around us were also without drinks, and we did not have any coffee at our table's coffee dispenser. There was no one at the front when we left either to let them know that half the restaurant was invisible to their staff. Worst IHOP experience I have ever had, and I generally enjoy going to IHOP.

No plant based food even though it is on the menu. Also no good substitute for when you order it.
Vegetarian options: They are on the menu but some might not be available.

Food was as good as I could expect from an IHOP. Service was pretty good, our party of 7 was seated quickly in a very busy restaurant. The reason I won't be returning was a musical panhandling group that was being allowed to play and solicit donations from the people eating breakfast. It was the most disruptive thing I've ever experienced eating. According to my mother in law the group is always there, so the ownership/management allows and encourages this. I'll not be back. There are other options for mediocre breakfast food where panhandling and live music are not allowed.

Had a great experience in this location. We enjoyed our server and food. Glad to see they serve black and green tea. Also sugar free syrup for my pancakes. I am a eclub member of ihop with great incentives. Glad to see they also except AARP.
Parking: The parking lot can be full if you go during busy hours. But there are plenty of parking across the street.

Haven't been to an Ihop ever and while I did want to try their pancakes I decided to go with their new breakfast burrito instead.
It is a bit pricy but it is huge, pretty solid flavors too. The appetizer sampler was just about what'd you expect.

We both ordered off the senior menu. The food was good, not great, but what can you expect from a BLT. We were seated immediately and the service was great.
The prices here are somewhat affordable.
