Went here for the first time yesterday. The service was excellent. Their burgers are amazing, but their fries are probably the worst I’ve ever had. They were drenched in grease with almost no salt. The grease took over the taste after two or three fries and it became unbearable to eat.

I don’t really consider In-N-Out as a burger, but as far as the taste goes, it is a really delicious sandwich. I always go with a double-double and find it fulfilling. I like to add some grilled onions and think it makes it tasty. I personally don’t like the fries as it seems a little soggy.

The burgers and milkshakes are delicious, but the French fries are not of the same quality. The business of the burger restaurant has always been very good. I was lucky tonight. I was able to order within a few days, and there were still seats for one or four people to sit down and dine smoothly.
Burgers were good as usual but the fries were bad, like it was freeze dried potatoes. Very different experience when it comes to the fries, it was lighter like freeze dried food, hallow, not a nice bite like before.
Hope management takes a serious look into their supplies of potatoes. Even the animal style fries were at best 6/10. The plain fries were 2/10. Could not finish it.
