Extremely Disappointing Experience.

This restaurant used to be one of my favorites. I was happy to pay a premium price because the food and service had always matched the cost. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing.

First, the tea served after we were seated was only lukewarm. For a restaurant of this caliber, that was a poor start and set the tone for the rest of the meal.

I ordered four dim sum dishes. Only two arrived within a reasonable time. The other two were delayed by more than an hour, which is unacceptable, especially for dim sum. When one of the delayed dishes finally arrived, it was barely warm, even though it was supposed to be served hot.

What made the experience worse was finding a hair in one of the dim sum items. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable.

To add to the frustration, one of the dim sum dishes never arrived at all, despite us asking multiple times and being told it was coming.

In the end, despite all these mistakes — long delays, missing items, food quality issues, and a hygiene problem — we were still charged an 18% service fee. Given the level of service we received, this felt unjustified.

Based on this experience, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this restaurant to others.

If you’re coming here for dim sum, be prepared—this place gets absolutely packed during the lunch rush! It makes sense since it’s right in the middle of all the tech headquarters, so the weekday lunch crowd is no joke.
We luckily went early and managed to get a table without a wait, which I highly recommend doing if you can.

The Food: Everything we had was excellent. They don't just do the standard dim sum; they also have a ton of fancy, banquet-style dishes available even at lunch. Our absolute favorite was the Fried Vermicelli with Seafood. The top layer of the noodles was perfectly crispy—such a great texture!

The Vibe & Service: The service is a bit on the slower side, but the staff is busy, so just be prepared to flag someone down if you need water or the check.

Pro Tip on Parking: The lot is a bit of a nightmare. Give yourself an extra 10 minutes just to find a spot, or try to time your visit for right when they open.

Steamed fish under cooked. Sweet and sour porks tasted unusual in a bad way. Clams had sands (didn't wash thoroughly). Fried dry bean curd skin (腐皮) with old oil smell (油益味). Pea sprouts (豆苗) over cooked. Weekday night was under staffed and service was so so.

This is some top shelf, really good dim sum. Nice assortment of yummy offerings, tea, and other food & drink. Place is awesome, Large room, lots going on. Food was great! I'll go back. Can be busy Sat and Sun around noon, but fast seating and well worth it!

Large menu with some off menu specials. Large selection with speciality for Crab/Abalone items. Seating fills up fast even right after opening.

Went here for dim sum. Very popular and tasted fine, BUT expect to pay TWICE the cost! Average order for four, nothing fancy, was over $160! Sorry, but there are more affordable options for 3.5 star dim sum.

Look, I like dim sum as much as any Asian, but this place is the MOST EXPENSIVE dim sum I've paid in my life. It isn't incredibly better, just outrageously priced.

We reserve the table at 12 pm and arrive on time. Then the restaurant still puts us on wait for 1 hr.

No kidding, we haven’t yet gotten our table after 1 hr. What a management of the restaurant!? If you can’t serve this much customers, you should not give hope by even allowing reserving table!

What a joke of the service! You should give me tips for waiting here, freaking service!

And most importantly, we are not alone cuz when we are waiting, we see many other families complaining about their management and the front desk person even gets angry at the customers!?

Do not come at busy time (holidays, weekends between 10:30-12:30) if you didn’t reserve early. They will strangely prioritize online reservations and deprioritize in-store waiting list.

Came here for dinner and food is okay. Service is good. They are not too busy the night before Thanksgiving but still recommend reservation online on yelp if you can
