I came here in search of one thing and that’s Fried Chicken. Came in right before dinner time so it wasn’t too busy. We got the Dry Fried Chicken Wings and you have to also always have some veggies as well so we got the sautéed String Beans. The Green Beans were really good and the fried chicken was cooked well. I enjoyed the sauce that the chicken wings were tossed in.
As we ate towards the end of our meal, there were many more customers that came in to site down and others came in to pick up some takeout. This is a family owed small business that is super nice and remembers returning regulars so you have a home like experience.
Overall, I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area and looking for some Fried Chicken Wings. The interior is a little dated and can use a bit of updating but I wouldn’t let it deter you from stopping by to try their food.

The food is pretty good, but they need to be more careful in their preparation. I ordered chow mein to go, and somehow a fairly large metal wire was in it (see photo of wire on a paper towel). My mom bit into it and it poked her in the gums. Thankfully she didn't swallow it. Hopefully others have had a better experience there, but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

Koong's restaurant 103 N Milpitas Blvd, Milpitas, CA 95035 We had an early dinner. Restaurant had one other couple in the dining room. We were greeted quickly and served promptly. Atmosphere was quiet, food was delicious, price was reasonable, and service was warm. We ate the hot and sour soup & Mongolian beef meal. We will eat here again soon.

Tiny place, but woman seems bothered by my question about the menu, telling me not to order something if I don't know what it is. Portions were adequate and flavors ok, but broccoli beef a little bland but tender and plentiful Portions of meat.

Had wonton soup, dumplings, beef chow fun and combination rice. Excellent! Well prepared ingredients and with the delicious kiss of the wok! Try to dine in, the decor is meh but the service is great.Adding: once again delicious. Wonton soup, shrimp pork dumplings, combo chow mein, broccoli beef, walnut shrimp with the $4 combo for soup, fried rice and egg roll. Not cheap but good value. Tasty leftovers. Staff is very helpful in packing food to go.
Vegetarian options: Classics like bok choy and black mushrooms, I want to try it! Lots of tofu too.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly atmosphere, fairly chill and quiet. Light music, many small groups eating. A variety of seating.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible. Ramps, and staff are happy to pull chairs from stand alone tables.
