I had an amazing experience here! The customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The Dubai cups were absolutely delicious, with rich flavors that were perfectly balanced. But the real standout was the Dubai cake—it was even better! Moist, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

Came here looking for the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. 6 people behind the counter not once did I get acknowledged. There was one girl helping a couple but once she was done with them she literally made eye contact with me and still did not acknowledge me . Walked away very disappointed. Terrible customer service

Went here after watching a TikTok that said they have Dubai chocolate covered strawberries. They don’t even have a sign advertising it. The lady at the register was rude. I was standing right in front of her and making eye contact but she was lost in her own world didn’t even notice me and I had to call her twice like are you on something lady? I asked for the Dubai chocolate and she was confused what I was even asking after I said the strawberries she didn’t even acknowledge they have it or how much it costs there so sigh she understood anything but went and bought the cup and it was $20 not worth it at all. Such a bad experience.

I bought hot chocolate which taste no even close like hot chocolate i could taste only sugar, i couldn’t drink at all waste of money and time.

Cute interior and delicious gelato! The server was friendly, and she gave us all the samples requested and 3 full scoops. Mango gelato is made with fresh mango and tastes amazing!! Same with pistachio.

4.3 starts?! Wow! How they call this Gelato is beyond me. If you haven't had real gelato, I guess you would think this is good. Ill give them 4 stars for presentation. The whole Italian theme and name if this place is nice, but that's as far as it goes.
