zero star for their service. I was desperately searching for a good coffee(Sorry Starbucks) and this Italian shop turned my eye and the guy said it will take some time for the order. And I waited until each and every customer in the shop are gone and they didn’t even bother taking my order. Visited on April 14 2024 at 1:50 pm.

I've always walked past this place every time I visited Great Mall since it's right next to the food court, so I decided to check it out with a friend. There's so many flavors to choose from. You do get free samples before choosing. My absolute favorite was the Kinder. It was the right amount of chocolate. We ended up getting 2 scoops of that & a mango flavor. I had asked about the free scoop and while I was taking photos the worker kindly offered me another scoop, so we chose pistachio. I would probably skip the pistachio next time and just get the kinder. They are pretty generous with their scoops as well. Would come back again!

Beautiful presentation of less than mediocre product. I had the limoncello gelato as well as the panna cotta with blackberry. I have no idea if there is actual lemon zest or some sort of artificial lemon zest in the gelato. The mint had no taste other than sweet. The coconut was not flavorful as well. Service was very good but just not worth it.

Highly do not recommend!!!!!NOT an honest place. Prices displayed and on the receipt is different! Rather go to Cold Stone around the corner instead (Cold Stone has way bigger scope and the Large Cup is actually reasonable).This Large size here is like an extra small. I would not mind if the Ice cream was good but it was not (not smooth and still Icy)! It was Overly Sweet and OVERPRICED. With that they charge a price different from what they displayed on the screen and also charge an ADMIN FEE. There was no posted signs to let customers aware of these charges. Moral of the story is the lack of honesty of the place!
