This is what was delivered to me, after I ordered “the famous lamb chops” what lamb chops? If I see a Picture of lamb chops on the menu, yet I get delivered some mystery meat with no cute long bone and that doesn’t taste like lamb, I am going to be very disappointed and so should you.

The noodle soup is a little bit salty. It has a lot of flavors.

Delicious food, huge portions. Nothing else quite like it. The noodles are fresh and I love the variety.

Noodles cooked perfectly. Choose from 6 different widths. Pig Ear and Tofu w/preserved egg recommended. Slight Sichuan on the pig ear but not overpowering. Flat noodles with ground pork were a nice non-spicy option for kids. Also ordered the intestine noodle soup, which was delightful. Def coming back here again.

Holy cow, this is the best Chinese food in the Fremont (bay) area. It's unreal how delicious it is. The portions are big and I can't stop eating it.Fast service, so check it out for lunch.Try the Spicy Lovers Noodles. So good.
