Noodles cooked perfectly. Choose from 6 different widths. Pig Ear and Tofu w/preserved egg recommended. Slight Sichuan on the pig ear but not overpowering. Flat noodles with ground pork were a nice non-spicy option for kids. Also ordered the intestine noodle soup, which was delightful. Def coming back here again.

Sorry, soup got MSG, and for me that means bad headache. The noodle isn't chewy enough and looks machine cut. Not sure if I ever seen their chef hand pull the noodle on the spot. I prefer real hand pulled noodle.Parking: parking can be difficult during lunch time as 7-Eleven, and laundry mat won't let you park and you best be parked across the street and cross Dixon landing.
Ox 9 Hand Pulled Noodles was a massive disappointment. I ordered the veggie chow mein, but to my dismay, it had absolutely no veggies. Instead, it was drowning in an excessive amount of soy sauce, making it nearly inedible tasteless . I basically ended up with a bowl of noodles and regret. Save your money and go elsewhere for a decent meal.

Got the rib noodle soup with large flat noodles. The noodles were nice and chewy and the broth was good. I do wish I had paired a different noodle size with this broth, though. Because the noodles were so big, the broth didn't quite stand up to it. I would go with a medium or small round noodle with the noodle soup.This large flat noodle would probably go really well with one of the dry dishes.
