The grilled chicken sandwich is very tasty. I usually order no jalapeño, onions and cilantro. The Vietnamese ice coffee has too much ice and sugar. They’re pretty fast. The parking is limited in front of the store. It’s a busy plaza.

I just... can't recommend anyone to eat here. The bread is so hard, rock hard quality and it's oddly sharp. Sharp enough to where eating a single sandwich cut the insides of my mouth. It cut my tongue and my gums and I'm still healing from this even though it was 3 days ago. Why on earth is the bread so hard and sharp? I have been feeling pain in my mouth every time I eat and drink something even if jts cold water. Wtf is the bread...

Nice, warm bread, even in the afternoon, love this! With so many food choices in Milpitas, this Lee's is our go-to spot when we need something quick. And yes, they took our order, made our sandwiches promptly. Don't understand these low ratings. Parking isn't great in a lot of places these days, but to me, a few more steps is so worth it, especially for a fresh, tasty, filled with good stuff, sandwich and for less than ten dollars each. As I mentioned, the bread was still warm and not hard as I've experienced elsewhere. No photos this time, but trust us, they were delicious and filling!

ROTTEN FOOD AND DESSERTS! DO NOT BUY THEIR CHE (the green dessert with the coconut milk), it is always spoiled and rotten. I grew up with this and my parents used to make it too, I definitely know the difference when the milk is rotten. They probably couldn't sell it and just left it there until the milk rotten. We did not know until we opened it up at home. This is three times already! and never again! They are $7 bucks each and we bought 2 today. We are very forgiving but this is enough! They need to have the food inspector come out and check their food as it is rotten. They need to date when they made the che and they need know when to toss and stop cheating people. I never ask for a refund as I didn't bother with it although they are $7 bucks each! Never again.

I’ve been here a few times, but unfortunately it’ll definitely be last time. I get home, open my sandwich and see a literal dead roach in it. ?

I recently dined at Lee's Sandwich, and I must say, it's a hidden gem for Vietnamese sandwiches. The food here is not only delicious but also incredibly affordable. The spacious and clean dining area is a pleasant surprise, making it a comfortable place to enjoy your meal. What stood out even more was the friendly staff, who were more than willing to explain the ingredients and options to customers.I'll definitely be returning for more tasty sandwiches and the excellent service. Highly recommended!

Remember when these very lightly (too little) filled fresh baguette sandwiches were under $3? Now they're $8-$12. We'd rather eat at Quiznos or even Subway Sandwiches than here as Quiznos and Subways are freshly made and satisfying to eat with plenty of customizable sandwich fillings. Lee's Sandwiches are sadly a pass.

I ordered through DoorDash this morning two coffee and a ham and cheese melt. I received a regular sandwich horrible. Can’t pay attention to an order mind you it’s 42 bucks through door Dash so you expect quality and your order to be correct. Sloppy on your side I will never order from your corporate

I never give a bad review generally . I ordered a veggie banh mi and veggie roll . The overall taste was ok but the tofu was fried with some weird oil and I had a greasy taste in my mouth . It didn't seem fresh at all . I threw away the left over food and most likely won't eat here.

There are many selections of food and drinks as a fast food store. Food are good and fresh. It is very convenient to bring to park, hiking, picnic, or long distance driving. Service is good too. They can speak English and Vietnamese. Atmosphere is ok. There is no seat inside restaurant but there is a restroom that customers can use.
