I made an app order n got it within 10 min or so. I received my code went into the store and got it from the locker. Simple, easy, quick and the cashier let me know to enjoy and have a good day.

11/29 I went here for dinner, on my work break for me and coworkers. Lady told me 15 min for two hot n ready. I waited 30. Asked when it was going to be ready. She then told me another 25 minutes, with a smirk. I politely told her it was absurd to wait 50 min for Little Caesars. People came and left while I waited. I asked for my money back. No apologies, zero emotion, no care. Me and my coworkers didn't eat that day, as we ran out of time. Horrible experience and 100% lack of customer care.

From the beginning the service just wasn’t great, the person at the register was mumbling, when I asked if the pretzel crust had been popular the guy said “I don’t know” and mumbled a couple words which we couldn’t understand. My order was an Extra most bestest Pepperoni pizza and a Pretzel crust pepperoni pizza with pizza sauce, and what we got was not pretzel crust or at least it didn’t look anything like the pictures, it had Parmesan cheese on top which we didn’t know came with the pizza and this wasn’t explained by the cashier either, and a bunch of pretzel salt all over the pizza. This location overall just wasn’t great, no costumer service at all and not a great product.
