This is a small cute place. I hadn't been here in many years but there bingsoo is so good! The ice is so smooth I had the regular with mochi and extra condensed milk. I truly recommend coming here because you get a lot. I'll take more photos next time. But they didn't call out my number so it was a bit confusing.

Super yummy, and I go every time I am in Milpitas. I tried their mango sago drink for the first time, and it was very sweet (a little too sweet). It was yummy but so creamy and filling. The strawberry bingsu is so good because of the fresh fruit and how they put a layer of jam inside so it is flavorful throughout. Wish it came with more mochi pieces, and I order more condensed milk on the side.

Solid bingsu, with great service. The matcha bingsu had a lot flavor and the rice cakes were so good. They chewy and soft combined with the red beans and matcha was great. The condensed milk with it tied it all together. Drinks were mid but still passable. I didn't like how the manga smoothie was more like a slushy. It was still solid tho just a little misleading. Place is SMALL and there is usually seating outside.

We are now obsessed with their Mango Sago drink. It has this perfect creamy texture with well cooked sago. The drink also has real mango chunks making it super delicious! Can’t wait to go back for the Mango Sago drink and also try other things on their menu.

This review is for their taro ball order. Some taro balls were hard, like they were in fridge and they warmed them up but not enough, so the balls were soft outside but hard inside. I would strongly recommend not ordering taro ball type at all.

We came for dessert after lunch on a Sunday, a group of 8, half if whom loved the Mango bingsoo! We were glad there was a table for us! The mango bingsoo was delicious & humongous! It was more than enough for each couple. The mango was fresh & sweet, the perfect compliment to the ice & milk in the bowl. I can predict this will be a fave for the Spring & Summer months!

The Bing Soo was good but pricey. We ordered a large at almost $20 which only came with the mango topping. We've been to other places where mochi and red bean were included in that price. Also there is zero customer service as it's automated. I'm not a fan of kiosk only shops with no "thank you" or even a "hello" when I spent that much on a single dessert. No music and not much effort into the ambience. Not for everyone.

I usually go to the Newark location, but went here with a coworker. I guess it's a soft opening so I can understand why I am giving it 3 stars. The credit card machine was lagging and took a couple times to work. I do like how they bring it out your order to you. There's not a lot of seating, so it can cause a long wait. Ordered the mango bingsoo and it's delicious as always. I'm sure once things are running, things will move smoother.

I love Mandro for their creamy milk base and their fresh fruits. I prefer the Newark location though since it's bigger and feels cleaner. The Milpitas one is in more of a dark area and has limited indoor seating.
Not clean! Milpitas smells bad! There were 2 trash bins right in front of the order kios and next to tables inside. The floor and overall hygiene were bad and I will never recommend anyone to go. Tons of dessert places where they have better vibes and tests.

Decent place for shaved ice - good price and good portions. They have some limited outdoor seating and very limited indoor seating. One shaved ice bowl can easily be shared between 2-3 people. I recommend the mango (if it's in season) bowl.

mango bingsu was not flavorful! the mangoes were good, but after you finish the top layer, everything else just tasted like milk and ice. we had to get more condensed milk for $0.50 , but it wasn't enough to sweeten most of the bingsu. i'd try a different flavor next time there is also little indoor seating, so make sure to bring a jacket in case you have to eat outdoors!

The dessert is amazing, however the smells make the experience not enjoyable.This is the part of Milpitas that smells like Booty, so you can’t sit outside and eat. Moreover, the past 2 times I’ve been here, inside it smells strongly of cleaning agent or just has a weird unappetizing smell in there.On top of that Bingsoo melts super quick so you can’t take it to-go either.Plz fix this issue guys I love your food?
