25 minutes waiting after the drive thru to give us 1 Hamburger, a box of McNuggets and 2 cold and sloppy McChicken sandwiches.
When they asked me to pull into the waiting area, I asked them to please hurry. The manager yelled back “it’s cooking!!”
Eventually I went inside to see if they forgot us…let me just say ‘cooking’ was not the issue. I’ve never seen such a disorganized group at a McDs. And it wasn’t even busy.
They made us late, the food was terrible, and the manager’s attitude was bad. We won’t ever stop here again.
This place is McPoorly managed!

Went to use the bathroom, and that bathrooms were so filthy. The woman’s bathroom especially, I would’ve taken a photo but I was too grossed out. While sitting down on the toilet I felt like something was on my back but I thought it was just psychological thinking. But when I stood up and looked at the wall the bathroom was hooked to there were bugs with wings that look like little moths. It was so gross. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE COMING BACK HERE.

I find that all the price from different McDonald are different. This store has the cheapest price that they offered around the area compare to all other McDonald. No kiosk to order so you either order from your phone or in line. Wait can be long since there are always a lot of people.

It has been at least 3rd times that a completed and charged on-line App order, to this Milpitas branch at 99 N Milpitas, and got canceled order after due to system issue. Raised issue to the branch manager on-site showing the order confirmation, they deny able to take responsibility and acknowledge the order even I was willing to pay again on-site, as they can not provide back the App deal price which used and no longer available on my App. The continue denial from branch manager of any responsibility for the the App system failure causing frustration and not providing the ordered food, was unacceptable.
For a mc donalds the guy at the front desk was very nice and everything was made on demand

The manager said I was crazy when I asked for fresh fries saying they'd just come out. When I tried to explain he shouldn't be calling a customer crazy for asking for fresh fries he slammed the window and walked away. Pretty horrible service.
