Used the screen to order. Front counter deserted. Complete chaos in kitchen. Slow slow slow.. None is running the place. 20 min later..got my food. Cold fries.. did them again..

These people don't understand what they are doing so much that they simply ruin my day. I came in the morning to pick up my breakfast mobile order - they didn't put bacon on it, they didn't put strawberry syrup on it! I had to go back a second time! Wasting my time! By the way, I pay money and I want to get everything on time! Maybe McDonald's will start hiring people who at least minimally test their level of development? They were also unhappy that I expressed my dissatisfaction! In their opinion, nothing terrible happened! Taking someone else's time is normal for them! Where do you get such people? Why do they hire people like that? My day is ruined in the morning! The lowest score and I will try not to have breakfast at McDonald's! This is not the first or second time - this happens regularly in many McDonald's restaurants.

We went through drive through and I got charged for an extra item I did not order. I was compensated but then when looking at my order if everything else was correct, I noticed that they put cheese on my sandwich even tho I had requested no cheese. It seems like they were also messing up other orders from the looks of it.

Salty and dry patties that tastes like cardboard. Why come here when you can go across the street for a real burger at In-n-out? And In-n-Out is cheaper too.
Every time I come to this McDonald's, they always forget something from the order. What's even funnier is half the time; they tell me to pull down and wait for that item to be freshly made, the time is much longer than they state then it's not even included. Check your order before you leave!
