If you’re reading this review, I genuinely recommend saving this location to your Google favorites (both the heart and the star).
First of all, they serve proper large fries in the red box, not those stingy “large” fries some locations give you in a white paper bag. That alone already says a lot.
More importantly, you can immediately tell that the fries here are made the way McDonald’s is actually supposed to be made. The staff clearly follows the owner’s standards. There’s no bitter, old oil taste, they’re not over-fried, and the texture is soft with a rich, fresh aroma.
I also ordered a Big Mac, and I can honestly tell when food is prepared with care—and this one absolutely was.
You can choose this location with confidence. Don’t pay attention to the 1–2 star reviews that clearly come from bad-faith reviewers or competing locations. They’re just upset that this store is doing well because of good service.

They don’t know how their own app even works. Tried to redeem a monopoly piece in the app, asked the manager how to do that, she literally said she doesn’t know how the app works. I think that’s simply crazy/not acceptable

horrible. confusing kiosk is number one - grab a tent? whats a tent? no directions about that, so i head up to the counter. nobody at the counter for 10 mins and im just staring into space waiting. decided to leave.
This place gets your order wrong about 30% of the time. Not rare to see a customer raging over a wrong order.

I went to this location 08/31/25 around 930 am . Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and 4 hash browns. With the app getting one of those hash browns free. This is the same order I place every where. The person taking my order wasn't very understandable, language barrier heavy accent. Gave me a total of $43.40 for my 6 items. I told her about my app discount code. She rolled her eyes. And I am old school , dont deal well with rude teenagers.I just told her to call her manager. The manager was just as lost. I explained that she didn't use app code and she was charging me double the amount of the same products else where she said she didn't understand . Noone in that restaurant spoke without a accent. This is the worse McDonald's I have been told.

I was working pretty hard today in my backyard painting my fence and decided to reward myself with McDonald’s afterward. It’s about 10:40 when I place my mobile order, and only the drive-thru option for pickup is available. I’m currently a minor, and the only source of transportation I have is an e-bike, so I come through the drive-thru to pick up my order. I ask for my food—even though I’m aware I’m not allowed to go through the drive-thru on a bike—and politely ask if I can come to the front to pick it up instead. They disregard everything I say and stop responding altogether after I kindly make the request to pick up my $20 order at the front. As I type this, I’m currently waiting by the door, and it has been about 15 minutes. I ended up having to call my father to come through the drive-thru just to get my food. Trying to pick up an order from a fast food restaurant shouldn’t be this hard.
UPDATE: It is now 12:00 and I was waiting outside their door until the manager came out. While I was waiting the employees ignored me, ate some of the fries from my order and threw them away but the rest of my food I believe the employees took home since I saw them bag up left over food. When my father tried to pick up the order they just ignored him and tuned off the speaker phone. After the manager came out I asked if they were just gonna keep ignoring me while I was standing at the door, and when I had asked about my order they said I had came too late to pick it up. Keep in mind I placed my order at 10:30 and came at 10:35. They also continued to serve the rest of the customers coming through the drive through after I left the drive through. Tomorrow I will come 40 minutes before they stop serving breakfast because apparently half an hour is too late. I will also try to contact them from the official website. Genuinely don’t ever wanna come back to this restaurant and this the WORST experience I have EVER had.

I had a negative experience at this McDonald's, largely due to an older gentleman with glasses working at the front counter. He consistently behaves in a cocky and rude manner towards customers.
Today, I attempted to redeem a 'buy one get one free' McChicken offer that I received after completing a survey. However, the same employee who took my order insisted that the BOGO promotion meant 'buy one, get the second for one dollar.' I later clarified with a younger employee who confirmed that the offer from the survey is indeed 'buy one get one free.'
I'm quite upset that the older employee not only made a mistake regarding the promotion but also insisted that I was wrong. I ended up requesting a refund to get the correct price. This was an absolutely horrible dine-in experience. To top it off, the drink I ordered tasted bland, with an excessive amount of water and very little flavor.

Poor service from management and customer service is horrible both via phone and online. Add an issue provided proof and they wouldn't respond So it was too late So It didn't get resolved.
Outstanding speed for any mcdonald, in 30 seconds for a meal deal. Also very attentive staff, not like other locations. New manager is very good.
