Good quality of meat and great service
Their beef selection taste incredible tender and flavorful. I also love the sauces that you can order within their ayce option.
In my opinion, the price is extremely good for the quality of meat you get. I feel that Meat Time fills this niche for yakiniku so well in the bay area that I can easily recommend any of my friends to try it.
I had previously written a critical review of Meat Time on an operationally difficult day, and posted it before the check came and a significant discount was given to us in light of the difficulty. I think this review was unfair considering my overall experiences with my friends here over the past year or so. It was not my intention to solicit a refund or otherwise.
We were very eager to try out this place after seeing a video from Instagram. Unfortunately the quality is vastly different from what we saw. The real quality Japanese wagyu options are add-on even for premium selection, which is ard $60 per pax. For a table of 4, we paid abt $300+. For this price point, we all agreed that Baekjeong is a better choice. Maybe if you just like quantity of meat and variety, this place will be worthwhile. The wagyu fried rice is very good though, and service is also great. This is why Im giving 3 stars instead of 2.
Had diarrhea after getting home. The restaurant is too dark to see if your food is cooked enough to eat safely.
This restaurant has NO waiting list. They turned us away for not having any reservation when the restaurant is slow and dead on a Friday evening. I wish I checked their reviews before driving here. The plaza also has trash parking.
First of all, the cleanliness is lacking. There was grease on the ceiling fan, and the chairs and tables were slippery. We ate all-you-can-eat and ordered a variety of dishes. At first, the food tasted good, but the taco wasabi and wagyu tartare were not fresh. I did not want to eat these two dishes again. And the biggest problem was that the service and food quality were low compared to the price. This restaurant basically has good food, but if they improve hygiene, service, and food management, it will become a good restaurant.

I went here and the AYCE was really good! Employees were super nice and the food was very tasty.
Came for the bento. Not only had us waited for 40 minutes because the owner apparently forgot to cook rice, but also discover short hair in the box.

Great quality AYCE! I dined here with three others on a Friday night, I would recommend making a reservation as the wait can be quite long (although well worth it). Staff were very friendly and helpful and the ambiance was nice! Food came out quick despite the restaurant being very full. Would recommend the wagyu, well worth the extra cost and fantastic quality meat.

I went here with my family to have dinner one night and wow it was delicious. The staff are very responsive and get our order out quickly. The drinks menu here is also very good. They had good beers for my dad and I. And my mom really enjoyed the fruit drinks. I really recommend the pork jowl, especially if you cook it more crispy.
