Miles Bistro offers an unforgettable taste of the Philippines. The highlight of our meal, the Kare-Kare, was simply delicious. The vegetables were fresh, not overcooked, retaining their texture and flavor. The peanut sauce was rich, not too thick, allowing the freshness of the ingredients to shine.
We started with lumpiang Shanghai, perfectly crisp and filled with savory meat. The Crispy Pata followed, living up to its name with a crispy exterior and juicy interior.
The Sisig, served sizzling, added an extra layer of excitement. Its balance of textures and flavors was spot on, with just the right amount of zing.
The family atmosphere combined with attentive service made our visit truly special. Miles Bistro is highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic Filipino cuisine.

Recently had crispy pata for take-out. It was prepared and cooked very nicely!
The skin was perfectly crisp while the meat inside was not dried out compared to how some other places cook it.
Will surely try their other menu offerings in the future.

Deliciously irresistible just being home in the Philippines
Great food (sisig and house special- shrimp cooked in coconut oil with veggies) and service. The food is cooked fresh. We will definitely go back and will try the other food on their menu.

Awesome food & service!
This seafood City in Milpitas is a great complex of Filipino food within the Milpitas area. It is connected to a Chow King, Red Ribbon, Valerio's bakery and a Goldilocks Bakery. For those of us that do not have filipino food where we live( Most Of The USA) it is great having a place 15 minutes form an airport, as we can do our grocery shopping in one stop before flying back home at the end of a vacation.
I had lunch here with my Ate (older sister). We had dinuguan and the arroz caldo. The dinuguan was served on a sizzling hot pan and reminded me of what the dish would be like if it was dinguan sisig (style). As it turns out this is the best way to eat dinuguan. The blood is not too soupy and the consistency is great, and the flavors just pop with the added heat and subtle peppers. The arroz caldo was not the highlight of the meal but still very good. I'm not sure if adding fried chicken inside the soup adds much to the dish (I would have preferred it to the side). On a cold day, it was warm, comforting, and not too salty.Service was perfect. Got two takehome boxes and the food microwaved well. Ang sarap!Nice comfortable indoor vibes. Will return with my sister soon.
Great food and nice staff.

Good service and the food was delicious!
This place never disappoints. They serve fantastic dishes for fair prices, there is no waiting time even when the place is packed.
The best filipino restaurant
Great food and nice staff.
This place is worth giving a shot. They serve big portions for convenient rates. Always neat and with excellent character. Will come back again.
