Milpitas Buffet is exactly what you hope for when you walk into a seafood buffet — and it delivers perfectly. The selection is huge, with so many dishes that it’s hard to even decide where to start. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The seafood section is the star, and the crab legs are a must-try — grab them while they’re hot, because they taste amazing and go fast. I also appreciated how clean and well maintained the place is, which makes the whole dining experience even better. The staff is attentive and quick to refill trays, so you never feel like you’re missing out on something. There’s plenty of variety beyond seafood too, so everyone can find something they like. For the price, the value is more than fair considering the quality and freshness of the food. Milpitas Buffet has quickly become one of my favorite spots, and I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended!

Milpitas Buffet offers a wide range of Chinese, seafood, and grill items, with crab legs and Mongolian BBQ as standouts. Sushi is basic but fresh, and the dessert bar is surprisingly varied. Quality can be hit-or-miss depending on the time of day, but turnover is fast and dishes stay stocked. It’s a solid value for large groups, especially during lunch hours. The dining area gets crowded, but seating turnover is quick.
Service is minimal but efficient, with staff focused on clearing tables and refilling trays. Parking can be tight, so arriving early helps avoid delays. The atmosphere is casual, with background music and bright lighting. It’s not a destination buffet, but it delivers on volume and variety. For families or casual meetups, it’s a practical and satisfying option.

I was coming back from down in Stillwater Canyon where I was visiting Joe the Hermit, and after a long drive I had to pull in for some fuel, and food. The gal at the fuel station recommended the Milpitas Buffet...said it real nice. So, here I am.
With an hour and a half to go before getting back to Napa, I opted not to have any seafood because I've never been here before, and as a fisherman seafood must be fresh! The roast chicken was what I chose, and it was truly spectacular!
5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

What I like about Milpitas Buffet is it has lots of varieties and the shrimp is pretty fresh. The restaurant is packed but clean.

My experience there was unpleasant I didn’t enjoy eating there the men’s bathroom was under serviced. The handle to the men’s bathroom was taped together. The drink had no carbonation and was very sweet making me throw up twice.I was also being constantly watched while I grabbed my plate of food and ate it. The waiter was staring at me and very rude when it came to asking for refills. The waiter also took very long to take my finished plates. He walked away while I was still talking about my drink preferences.

Tasty food, really great service. It does get busy. Prepare to wait, but food is good. We go often and I've never had a bad experience.

It's chill I guess but the majority is seafood and it does not compare to hometown buffet where there was a lot more and better.

i’ve been here twice, the first time i went with family and i didn’t enjoy the salmon and a majority of the food tasted room temperature and hella undercooked. especially the salmon, unsalted and straight up raw. the second time i went with friends was no different, salmon equally raw and the rest of the food simply unenjoyable. up to you if you wanna come here but i don’t think i’ll ever come back here.

Would rate a -1 star if we could. Everything was either tasteless or too salty, stale, or running low. Possibly the worst food we've ever had. Not just buffet food but EVER... for ANY food. Just terrible.
We’ve been to Milpitas Buffet twice already, and both times were absolutely amazing! 🥢🍣
This place is a true gem if you love seafood – they have an incredible variety of fresh fish, sushi, and other delicious seafood dishes. The food is always tasty and fresh, and the selection is huge – there’s something for everyone!
Even when the restaurant was really busy, we waited no more than 10 minutes to get a table. The staff was very polite, friendly, and worked quickly to make sure everyone was seated and happy. Service is top-notch!
Highly recommend this buffet – clean, well-organized, with great food and excellent service. We’ll definitely be coming back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
