They say they'll charge for uneaten food, but when I went yesterday, the seafood tasted... Off. Some of the cooked stuff tasted almost raw (I did not try the sushi), for example. Afterwards, I got symptoms of food poisoning, so it might have actually been raw.

A lot of tighter spacing, so it is easy to trip or get pinned in depending on where you sit.

The soup was acceptable and their vegetables were okay.

Definitely a lot of prepackaged foods in the salad and dessert sections (this is common in this style of buffet). Not a fan of the canned fruits' preparation though. I was expecting them to at least wash off the syrup, but the mandarins were definitely still syrupy.

They have a huge variety of seafood such as crabs, mussels, shellfish, sushi, etc.. I didn't get to take pictures or record videos since it was lunchtime. It was packed, so I wasn't able to showcase all their food. They have a salad bar, various fresh fruits, and a hibachi grill, too.

Overall, everything was delicious! The Chinese food was pretty good also. 😋🥡

I honestly don't eat buffets and I don't trust them generally. Milpitas buffet definitely fits the bill for completely mediocre food. The only redeemable thing about this place was honestly the chicken skewers and the fried egg ... Pretty much anything that involved a chicken was fairly decent.

There are not many buffets in the South Bay Area, Tomi Sushi, Hokkaido and Milpitas buffet. These are the 3 that I know.
This place is often packet during the weekend. It’s also a bit tight as they try to squeeze as many people as allowed.
Food wise, it’s not Vegas. Want some raw or cooked oysters, crawfish, crabs, chicken feet, clams, mussels, then come here. There are also “American food” like pizza, a few dim sum items and of course sushi. Overall a lot of choices and if you want choices then this is the place.

Lunch time buffet is $20. There’s a ton of variety—Chinese food, dim sum, fried food section, sushi, desserts, etc. For the price and the quick service, it is pretty worth it in my opinion. There are also plenty of seats and customers coming in and out. They keep refilling the food section as well.

Worse experience ever. Bad service, they take your plates before you are even done. They want you to eat fast. If you decide to get water instead of soda, they ignore you completely when you ask for a water refill. We ask for straws and napkins, and they throw them at the table. After that bad service they wanna force you to leave a tip, and beside that they force you to leave the restaurant. First and last time coming here. Bad decision to spend $200, food its not good I don’t recommend this place.

I called them to try & reserve ahead of time some seats for my family & I (12 total). However, I am vegan and two more are vegetarian in our group so I called and asked the person on the phone as to what options they had. Before we became vegetarian we ate here & vaguely remember there being steamed vegetables. We were willing to pay to spend time with my mom for her birthday at a place she loves. Unfortunately the person on the phone literally laughed at me when I asked this question so we have decided to go elsewhere for our meal! Maybe train your staff to not be so disrespectful to people who are willing to pay!

Not happy with the visit. Was charged for the dinner rate. Not told when I walked in around 3:00 pm. I called in prior to the visit if it was still open for lunch. Not being told about the dinner rate either

My wife and I were passing through town and saw that this place had good reviews. But when we went inside and was seated, it was very crowded, terrible to move around. Worse if you had a plate in hand.

As for food, it could use a bit more varieties. After the first round, it felt like i had already tried a bit of everything.

In the end, right after we finished paying the bill, I understood it was near closing, but telling my wife and I to "get out" could've been done more professionally.

Not coming back.
