Everything looked so good in the photos. But what I received were not that good and fresh. Some were frozen prep food that I could have gotten at the supermarket instead of restaurant foods. For example, the buns, baos, cake, peanuts, and etc…
Quite disappointed with the quality of foods. Plastic, plastic, and lots of plastics even when you dine in.
I go to Cere Tea next door all of the time. More than Bento also looks dark, gloomy, and empty most of the time. Surprised that they’re still in business

Huge dead bug in my food. Phone number does not work to complain. Nobody responds to email complaints. Restaurant needs to improve hygiene and take accountability.

Decent food, looks relatively clean.
Bento is about $20 after tax/tip.
However service is horrible.
Ordered food via self service machine. Waited for about 40 min but order did not reach kitchen/front desk. We had to check with server for kitchen to start making food.
We waited for another 20 min only to realize food is already done but server just left the food on the counter without calling out number or informing us.
Overall, decent food, but unfortunately a bento place that takes 1 hr from ordering to getting food without a crowd is unacceptable.

I have been here a few times. The food is good, portion is decent, and it is reasonably priced. This is a good place, if you want to have some Taiwanese home-style lunch box.

I ordered delivery from here which was about $30 for the stewed beef and potato bento.
The flavors and portions of the bento are good, but the steamed rice they gave was yellowish color and possibly a few days old.
Having had good bento boxes in Taiwan, Japan and China, I was disappointed mainly because the rice is important in a bento.
Will I try again? Most likely.

I’m allergic to spicy food. the staff told me the braised chicken bento is not spicy… but it is! And even the veggies. Will never come back
I ate here. I also know how a good bento should taste. The one I had here was not good. The braised chicken leg was dry and was microwaved.

The dining room is a little bit sparse but the food was excellent. Even the rice was extra delicious.
Parking: If there isn't parking in front drive around the back.
