The food was good, but the service wasn't. The atmosphere of the place is dark and boring. I thought the cost wasn't inline with what you getCan't say as though I'd go back.

My NO GO Sushi & Tofu! Have a feeling the new gen ruined it for the once family hard run business. The idea of AYCE side dishes make sense since food quality is average. What's bad like many reviews mentioned is their service. Specifically the "owner" lady Khaleesi. She run the place like Dick's Last Resort... so if you are up for mental torture this is def the place. Price is welcoming at $14.99 with AYCE side dishes BUT you would feel like their class beggar. Despite its their model and marketing strategy it's not heartfelt and welcoming. We came with friends for dinner. We were told times up and the table is reserved for other customers. We were the only three tables there and done eating. Was just catching up chit chatting. What better marketing for people to see you have customers on a slow night?!! Hmmm Khaleesi don't care I guess lol..All in all I could never order two tofu soups despite where I am. So asking if "is that all?" Or expect me to order more than I can eat or my intend to come here is plain out right bad customer service and unwelcome rudeness. I just want to eat and if you are offering AYCE then yes I will eat some~ why do I have to feel guilty or wrong or looked down upon the same lady many had mentioned in Yelp. Plain out wrong business to be in...Last Sushi and Tofu.

Loves the unlimited banchan, rice and miso soup on the cart right when you enter the restaurant. It is located across from Lion Supermarket. Plenty of parking in a busy plaza with many well known boba shop. Their banchan is not that great, too salty or too sweet but it is unique styles for the customers to choose and eat as many as they likes. They put a sign that you can't to go their banchan but can be purchased only. The restaurant does not look busy compare to other boba shop around. I order the unagi lover which was great especially a giant piece of unagi on top of a California roll. The fried chicken was a little salty and sweet but it is really good over the rice. I got half a chicken soy sauce flavor which was good. The mix tempura was okay. Consume it right away before the batter comes soggy and cold. The hamachi head was okay, too small for the price. Service was quick since there were only 2 tables when I was there at 4:40PM.

Pretty okay meal. Fish cakes were overly seasoned unfortunately. Too much mayo on the sushi, overpowered the flavors. The korean side of things were good, like the bibimbap.

I enjoy the new salad bar they have here since I can never get enough of Korean banchan! The best part is I don't have to feel shy about asking for more because I can just get up and grab some more. :)We ordered a whole bunch of stuff since their menu is so expansive, but we enjoyed the crunchy seafood pancake, japchae (lots of veggies), and sushi rolls the most. The sushi was beautifully presented and tasted great. They were pretty hefty bites. I also enjoyed their vegatable tempura because the outer layer was very crunchy and not soggy.Their tofu soup doesn't taste "authentic" so I'd skip out on that next time.

Located across the street from Lion Plaza near Kalesa Restaurant.Service: Friendly, attentive, great service.Ambiance: Nice, clean, sizable restaurant, good for large parties. 2 bathrooms.Food: The star is the AYCE banchan, rice, miso soup.Bento Box with Beef Bulgogi, Tempura, & California Roll. The beef was good. Tempura had a nice crispy batter, and the CA roll was creamy, delicious, one of the better tasting ones I've had. Jap Chae - pretty good.

The Korean side dishes bar grabbed my attention, so I stopped by here for lunch. I ordered a cherry blossom roll and had a bit of the unlimited sides bar. The cherry blossom roll was presented and crafted so beautifully. The sides were decent and filled me up even more. The seasoned bean sprouts enhanced my experience more. We were also given free complementary japchae, which was stellar. The avocados in my parties' rolls had parts that were hard and not ripe, but it was not that bothersome. The food overall was fine, and I liked how there was a wide selection to choose from. The japchae stole the show at my experience here! Service was pleasant and the wait time was not long. The plentiful selection of items to order and the side bar with a notable abundance made this such a generous restaurant. An area of improvement would be to label the sides at the side dishes bar to assist those with allergies/health conditions.

SIDE DISH BAR!!Atmosphere: Located in a plaza with plenty of parking! It's one of the biggest stores in the plaza so they have a lot of tables and seats to fill. Clean and very family-friendly as well!Staff: The staff were pleasant and got us settled with our meal pretty quickly.Food: The gem of this place is that if you spend at least $15/person, you get access to their ayce side dish bar, which had 5 different KIMCHIS, FISH CAKE, CARAMELIZED POTATOES, MISO SOUP, etc. Their SUSHI however is pretty average- still good but also you can get better at the same price. My friend ordered the VEGGIE BENTO and she could barely finish half of it so it was super filling.Price: I would say it's decently priced and the portions are plenty to get full off of. I went with a friend and it was $25 each for both of us!Wait: There was no wait at all but we also came right after they reopened for dinner so not really sure what it's like at peak.

It doesn’t have number one of anything you can find in Bay Area, but the AYCE banchan more than make up for it. It’s overall an awesome place to eat!

We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The food was average and the service was very bad. We only gave 2 stars for the banchan bar. The lady who served us was very mean and gave us attitude when we tried to order our food. We decided to leave without eating after the lady's behavior ruined our night.

Probably our go-to sushi spot in Milpitas! We always receive great service when we dine here. This spot is a mixture of Korean and Japanese cuisine. They have self serve banchan which is amazinggg! The lion king roll is a must try and is my favorite roll here over any sushi spot I've been to! The restaurant atmosphere is very home-like and they always greet people who enter and leave.

This was my 2nd time coming to this restaurant and it's very much safe to say, that this was my LAST!!!!!I very much encourage everyone considering to come to this restaurant to go across the street for better food and customer service. We arrived to the restaurant on a Saturday at 5pm (opening) with a reservation for a party of 8. When we got inside, there was only one other small family dining in. The lady (who is extremely rude, has no manners and poor customer service) showed us our reserved table which included a booth/chairs. Since our party has 2 pregnant women and a small baby, we asked the lady if it would be okay to move our reservation to a table that has all chairs so it would be easier for people to get in and get out considering their unlimited side bars and more importantly it's much easier and convenient for our 2 pregnant women. The lady was not accommodating telling us that the restaurant is saving the tables/chairs for parties of 10+ because it was the weekend. This made absolutely zero sense - the lady was clearly on some sort of power trip and LAZY because she did not want to move some tables around for us. She even mentioned that we could go to a different restaurant if we wanted too! In hindsight, we absolutely should have, but eventually, the lady got off her high horse and agreed that we can move to a different table with all chairs. After putting in our order, we went to the unlimited side bar to see what they had. One thing I noticed was that they discontinued offering JAPCHAE, all of the provided "unlimited items" are a much smaller portion than when I went a few months ago, and they no longer serve ice cream as a dessert.Such a bummer! But also, not surprised as this was a very poor showing of the restaurant which is a clear reflection of the rude and unprofessional lady working there! The lady working was also so slow at getting us our water! We also had to flag her down for all of the refills on tea... yikes!Anyways, if you want to come to this restaurant, please be prepared to pay for OVERPRICED food (each food item is about $18+), mediocre side bar, rude customer service, poor customer service, flag people down to get refills on drinks, and oh - the kicker - THEY CHARGE YOU FOR TAKE OUT CONTAINERS!!!! They charge $1 for a "big one" which is a standard take out container, and $0.50 for a "small one" which can barely fit anything. What an absolute joke!Don't be a fool and support this restaurant. I won't be coming back ever again and will absolutely be telling all my friends and family to not come either. If anyone knows of any customer service type classes that I can send to the lady working there, please don't hesitate to message me as I can relay the link to her!
