An interesting experience! I enjoyed the rice plate I had, the grilled pork was tasty though I wish there was more lemongrass flavor. The egg roll filling was quite bland but I loved that they used a rice paper wrapper. The spring rolls were pretty solid and the peanut sauce was delectable. My parents both ordered pho (unfortunately didn't get a picture) and they both couldn't stop commenting about how much they didn't like it. They said the noodles were too undercooked and the broth was too salty and lacked the typical pho flavor that you get from the spices.The service was also pretty unfriendly. Our server didn't really speak to us at all and kept glaring in our direction while we ate, which made for a pretty awkward dining experience/environment. Overall, I'd probably order from here again, but only for take-out if I don't feel like driving to SJ for Com Tam Thien Huong.

My friends and I ordered grilled pork over rice, grilled beef over vermicelli, grilled pork over Vermicelli and pork chop over rice. The flavor was good 8/10. The eggrolls were crunchy and flavor was good 8/10. We came late around 8 pm and they close at 9. We got our food within 20 mins. Service was fast. They gave huge portion on the grilled pork over rice. We end up taking leftovers to go. I would come back here again.

I ordered a pork chop with rice and it looks like I got red bbq beef lol! Their pho soup bowls are packed with meat and noodles but the broth taste has too much clover & cinnamon taste to it. The fried egg rolls are just ok; the stuffing literally taste like won ton meat. The spring rolls tasted plain and the peanut butter sauce was way too thick and clumpy. Their Thai iced tea and fried rice did taste good and I'd definitely suggest these! As we were all eating, they were cleaning and using that Fabulooso floor soap which has stinky and string fumes. It felt like we're eating inside a bathroom which was not pleasant. This place did not meet our expectations therefore we won't be coming again.

We were greeted and seated when ordering a lot on the menu was not available. Not sure if I'll return due to not having several items on the menu. Broth of the soup was flavorful. I'm impressed this place isn't rated higher. Consider this a 4.5 rating rounded up. I arrived with the bf on a Sunday evening at 8:15 and we were the first table. Not a good sign, usually, but we reserved judgement for the food. We ordered the 38 (combo rice plate with shrimp, grilled pork and egg roll) and the garlic noodles with NY steak; along with a Thai iced tea (they were out of pearls, so no boba this time) and a Vietnamese iced coffee. The coffee was amazing, tastes like chocolate. The Thai iced tea? Meh, not worth as it also tasted metallic. Once our food arrived (within about 10 minutes) we were impressed! The steak was cooked mostly well done but was still very juicy, flavorful and tender. The garlic noodles is made with spaghetti noodles but had great flavor. The grilled pork was amazing! A little sweeter but I prefer it that way, the prawns tastes fresh and the egg roll was crunchy and delicious. The steak with garlic noodles came with A1 sauce on the side but you really don't need it. The #38 has the standard sweet fish sauce to dip and the pickled veggies were perfect. The service is pretty standard for Vietnamese so any lack thereof isn't counted against them. The total for us was 50.25, so we left $60 and agreed we would return if ever in the area. By the time we left two more tables had joined us. The pho bowls look huge so we will have to return to try them.Vegetarian options: Pho without meat, some veggie (but not vegan) options in most categories.Parking: Full parking lot surrounding the building.

They have booths and regular tables for your choice. Their menu is extensive and there are a bunch of options. We always come here for the pho but next time I come I want to try their beef stew. The pho is very flavorful especially with the lemon and Thai basil they give you. They also give you jalapeños and bean sprouts. The spring roll is also good the only thing is that the rice paper on the spring roll is sometimes harder then expected. I love the peanut sauce though. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is fast, tastes delicious, and you don't have to wait.

There is Not a New Pho Saigon. 2 Noodles and Grill. The New Business is called Pho 99 No Relationships - I don't know why Yelp has not Fixed This!!! Pho Saigon does not own this place..... So the 5 Stars go to the New Business Pho 99 Food , Service and Ambiance is Amazing!!! A+ is the grade.... For all new customers and customers that tried this Saigon a year ago.... I like to welcome you back to the spot called New Pho 99 . It is the spot to go to for home cooked meals and a welcoming from loving family members. Please try !!!
