Terrible experience! The store is supposed to be opened until 2 pm. I arrived by 1h56pm and it was already closed and all cleaned inside meaning than definitely they closed the store much earlier that it says!Per my experience if we say 2pm only than the store should be closed and than the cleaning start, isnt it ?

Love this place and the staff. I just wish they could get "dark toasted" correct.

DONT GO TO THIS NOAHS. Last straw here,. Every time I come here there’s an issue. This time they forgot to put an extra 1oz of $4 lox on one on my bagels, while the other one didn’t have any cream cheese or onions.I’ve never been a proponent of automation taking workers jobs, but I can’t mentally comprehend how you can mess up a sandwich with only 4 ingredients. So thank you - you’ve made me an advocate for at least one store.Last time I’m spending $30 here ?

Pre ordered the bagels and coffee for my CTAB team at Noble Elementary. Very easy and the whole order was ready for pickup at the time I had requested.Delicious bagels and my team deserved every bit of it.Way to go team!

My sandwich was delicious, but these aren't authentic New York bagels. I grew up with New York bagels and even worked at a bagel shop so I have something to say about this. The marketing of the shop felt like they missed the mark, well they did miss the mark, it was a bit strange. Who is Noah? This is not authentic. Nonetheless, even tho my sandwich took a while to get, and the bathroom was dirty, it was actually a good tasting sandwich. So that's that.

Good, straightforward local NY bagel shop

Love love love Noah's!! I could live in the kitchen. Build a nice comfy bed out of the bagels and eat myself to sleep nightly. The staff at this location are great and helpful.

The bagels are really yummy. I like the six cheese and cheddar jalapeño bagel the most.

Walked in w/ bf and no one acknowledged our existence the entire time we were in store. We stood there for more than 5 minutes waiting to order and out of the 5-6 staff we saw working, no one looked at us or offered to help us. I'd understand if they were busy and said something like "be right with you" - but no. This was the worst experience I've ever had and we definitely won't return.

Obviously, why they have three stars. If you're vegan, do not come to this place, they don't even have one spread for vegans, and when I asked the girl at the cashier questions, she has no idea if the spread had dairy or the bagels. She was very confused, and when she asked the girl making the bagels if it had dairy, she just said with attitude no! I don't recommend this place.

One of the worst experiences today. We ordered bakers dozen box at 9:30 and kept waiting for our order for more than 15 mins. The staff kept on delivering orders for the people who came after us. The ignorant lady at the counter was rude and told us without even trying to find why we were not served the order that they serve small orders first . They even served the same bakers dozen box to some other customers who came after us . Lastly they couldn’t find our exact order in their system and just put all the bagels we asked for without slicing, within 1 minute by the way. Staff is too unorganized and too rude.

I came in around 1030am and order a breakfast burrito and the staff shared they didn’t have “breakfast items” so I ordered lunch. I asked if I could add cucumber to my sandwich and staff said “no”. I also ordered a cold brew vanilla cream coffee, staff gave me the coffee with no vanilla or cream and said I had to that myself but there no vanilla to be found, my coffee was awful. I then asked staff if they had hot sauce and again they said “no” and laughed as if I was asking for something unusual.. I’ve gone to other Noah’s bagel cafes and I’ve never experienced this. My dad worked for years making bagels in the Santa Cruz location before they closed so I know what to expect. the experience at this location was poor and unpleasant
