Noodle Hut is set to close indefinitely on Monday (8/31/2020) so I decided to come and try the place out. I ordered online at around 12 and they let me know that the wait time was about 20-30 minutes. I got there at 12:30 and I didn't end up leaving after getting my food until 1. While I was there, there were so many people waiting in line to order and pick up their order. For a Saturday, it was severely understaffed.I ordered the Phnom Penh and it was pretty good. The soup was super rich and flavorful and the noodles were able to soak up all the goodness. Also I appreciate that when you do use take out, they put the soup on the side so that the ingredients wouldn't get too soggy. So why the 3 stars? The food was okay but the amount of time I waited for it was a little absurd. Note to self in the future, do not go get food from a restaurant in its last couple of days or else be prepared to wait for a long time.

For me, this is the best noodle restaurant in the bay area. During the SiP, I ordered food from them almost everyweek. Unfortunately, they will close by the end of this month. If you are the owner, please contact me if you open another new restaurant. Thank YOU for the best food that my family always enjoy.

This place is a must. We got two bowls but all I can remember is that the #1 (dry) was fantastic. Bummed they sent over celery instead of mint in vegetable baggie but it's ok.... since the flavor profile made up for it as did the purity of the broth. Noodles were excellent.

Noodle Hut was delicious and has the best, fresh noodles. I got #10 mild with chicken and a breadstick on the side. The portions were large and very filling!

I love the flavor that these noodles packed! It wasn't too rich or oily and the noodles were packaged separately from the saucy veggies. That really prevented the noodles from being too soggy after driving home. Only small complaint is that the price we paid was more than the physical receipt which was confusing. I'm assuming GrubHub/yelp marks up the price to compensate for ordering thru the app? Not sure. Definitely will come back and try more food another time.

Great noodles. I come here maybe once every 2 weeks since the covid shutdown started.I always order the number 1 with thin egg noodles and the soup on the side. I think the rice noodles are too soggy. The flavor of the soup of great, and they have a good proportion of toppings. The pork bone completes the dish. The fried doughnut sticks aren't bad also.

This is where we usually head to get our our Hu Tieu Nam Vang (Phnom Penh Noodle Soup) dry style and pair it with Cha Quai (Chinese Donuts). We love eating in-house before the crazy pandemic, but not to worry, they had take out available during this time. They have a table setup by the door with hand sanitizer and took all the necessary precautions to ensure you get your food clean and safe. Everything was individually wrapped/boxed and we even received a free Thai tea for checking in. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Great Cambodian noodle place, I typically order Ba Bong with very flavorful soup on the side. Their sesame bun is amazing and is a must try!

This spot is fairly new, about a year or so. I've driven past it a few times and had been meaning to stop by. I finally did and it had a variety of noodles to try with different proteins. The staff was friendly and gave us recommendations on the popular dishes. We ended up getting bread stick and sesame round bread along with lort cha with beef. They were good dishes. I would like to see more flavor on the meats and breads a bit more. I'll go back and check out another dish once they open back up. Maria, thefoodhigh High on Life. High on Food. IG: thefoodhigh

This is one of the places I always come back to when I'm in the Bay. The selections are amazing and I always love the option they give you for setting the soup to the side. My suggestion is to get the ground pork with thick rick noodles with the pork bone broth on the side. This prevents the noodles from getting too soggy, and honestly I love love having the huge bone to eat from at the end. Getting all the marrow out and into the soup make it heavenly.

This place is so yummy. I love their dried style noodles and porridge. Their top dishes. Service is great and clean environment. It's a treat when I go since I live a little far from there. Sometime me and my husband would make the drive because we're craving their noodles. It's filled with goodies. A must try if you haven't yet.

I came back to Noodle Hut on a Saturday for lunch, and they were busy but there wasn't a line yet around noon. It got busy quickly though, and I would recommend you go early to avoid a wait. This time around, I tried: -#11: Mee Kola (Small Rice Noodles, Pork Belly, Lettuce, Cucumbers, Mint, Pickled Cabbage, Bean Sprouts, Peanuts, Boiled Egg w/Garlic Fish Sauce, Regular/$11.50, Ok, but I liked their other noodle dishes better. I wanted to try a new dish, and went for this one since it had pork belly. What I didn't realize is that it was small and thin pieces of pork belly, and not the tender and slowly marinated kind. I still loved the soup they give you on the side with the pork bone, but I wouldn't get this noodle dish again and opt for their other ones. -#16: Pasta w/Filet Mignon Shaken Beef ($16.99, This dish was surprisingly really good! The beef was really flavorful and cooked well, and the pasta was unique. It managed to be light but chewy at the same time- highly recommended! Their service is very efficient, and the food comes out quickly after you order (the filet mignon took longer since they have to sear the steak and stir fry the noodles). I will be back for their house special and filet! Parking usually is easy in this plaza, just that the spots are on the smaller side.

My new favorite place! Went over the weekend, and absolutely fell in love with the dishes that we ordered! we had chicken noodle soup, with amazing yummy broth, and pieces of chicken filet, and the spicy ramen deliciously garlic-y noodles with filet mignon, cooked perfectly - soft, juicy, and slightly pink middle!! Ramen noodles also came with the side of the amazing comforting broth! The homemade sesame buns are out of this world!! Plum soda is nothing I've ever tried before, but I truly loved it also - salty goodness drink! Overall, love, love, love, and I can't wait to be back!
