I live in Palo Alto- I usually get stuff over there but i was out and about Milpitas and ordered Triple Bundtlet Tower via APP- 8/15 5 PM pick up- I got there and my order was a few minutes delayed. Literally 3-4 mins - it was my lemon cake that took a tiny bit longer to get ready - I didnt mind it at all. To my surprise, even for that couple of minutes of a waiting - Vishika (hope I spelled it right) at the front and I didn't get a chance to get the other wonderful team member's name that offered me extra bundtlet, as well as Tran that gave my order with another sincere apologies all handled the situation extraordinarily well. I was simply blown away with these 3 people's amazing service! And when I got home, it was the best bundtlet i've ever had. YUM!!!! I had to get going so I couldnt thank each one of you once more in person lol. So here you go. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much! All of you made my day :) i recommend this place with 5 stars :)

Just picked up my free bday Bundt. Unbelievably good (white chocolate raspberry). Best part, the two people working there were super friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely happy. I say this because this is not always (almost rare today) the case when going to places like this. Much appreciated and I’ll be back soon!

I had the pleasure of working with the team at this store to celebrate my sister's recent achievement—she completed her Bachelor’s degree a semester early! I wanted to surprise her with a cake that would not only reflect her graduation but also add to the special occasion. Despite it being December and the busy Christmas season (a time when graduation-themed decorations aren’t exactly in abundance), the staff went above and beyond to make it happen.
The employees went out of their way to search the back for the perfect decorations to fit the graduation theme. I truly appreciated their effort and dedication. When the cake arrived, I was blown away by both the taste and the thoughtful presentation. The cake was not only delicious but also beautifully decorated, making it a memorable part of my sister’s celebration.
The customer service I received was exceptional—everyone was kind, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I am so grateful for their hard work and care in making this day extra special. Thank you so much for your outstanding service and for helping me create such a meaningful celebration!

I ordered a two tier Bundt cake for my baby shower on July, 2023 at the Milpitas location. And the red velvet cake was so dry and disgusting. The bottom tier was good and moist. I paid a good sum of money and it was a disappointment. The bakers should follow better practices to get the recipe just right or you’ll continue to loose regular customers.

I LOVE Nothing Bundt Cakes. They are delicious and amazing cakes for any occasion…. but I am so highly disappointed with my Mother’s Day order. I ordered two cakes: 8” Red Velvet and a 10” Red Velvet with extra frosting, large hydrangeas, and a mother’s day flag. I come home and I see that both cakes are BARE. Sure, cake and frosting would have been perfectly fine if they had filled the giant gapping hole that was supposed to hold a beautiful and stunning decoration piece but nope. It is a sad, depressing, tragic hole. I can’t believe that this is what is to show for Mother’s day. I did not even get the flag. Just disappointing.
I did manage to get a refund for the decorations and store credit for a cake since I don’t have the time to get decorations but this is a lesson: check your cake before you leave.
I’m sure the cake is still heavenly as all nothing bundt cakes are. I love majority of their flavors and their cream cheese frosting is one of the best. Their staff is also nice and friendly.
