Not on a rush hr, telling us to wait 20 min but there’s barely people waiting and then they told us to just place order online if u are in a rush this location won’t be able serve u quickly. I gues they take online order more seriously than people that walks in. After we are reciting what to eat in the car other people walk in the store and they were served ( do ur job right)

PANDA EXPRESS #1287 located HWY 79 & FM 14601700 E Palm Valley BlvdRound Rock, TXLove panda express food is always delicious and recipes stay the same. The employees are hard working and always a pleasure until Kelvin, so rude argumentative and seems to want to pick a fight. Told me negative stuff, and when he checked me out he said "what else" I said an apology but I'll wait for it. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work with him. One apologized for his behavior. We have 3 Panda Express's all about same distance. We just won't go back to Kelvin. Other options available. Thanks to all the hard workers at Panda Express.

My favorite place to go whenever craving for quick Asian food. Clean place, I ordered plate but the guy who was serving was serving as if he was giving me food out of his salary. That I didn’t like at all. Other place Panda Express are good with servings.

The food is good. I just wish after all these years since they first opened that they would change their menu a little. Add something new for a change.

Cheap lunch with big portions. Perfect when I'm on the go and feel like take-out. If you're looking for authentic, you won't find it here. Go to a sit-down Chinese restaurant. However, if you grew up in this country thinking sweet & sour pork and beef and broccoli are the best Chinese cuisine has to offer, this is your place! Luckily for me, I don't mind Americanized Chinese food. You'll find me here when I'm in a hurry and trying to grab something quick. I'm actually glad this place is around on those days when I don't feel like splurging so I can save my cash for a nicer meal on the weekend.Service is fast. Interior is simple with good lighting. There are tables inside and a small patio area outdoors. This location is fairly busy during the lunch hour.

Honesty very disappointed in the service very disappointed in the customer service never in my life have I been this dissatisfied with a location like the employees all need to learn to treat the customers with respect I know a core value of panda is always to welcome in the customers and yet this location lacks

What is the policy for restroom cleaning and closure? I came 2 hours before closing and the staff were cleaning one of the two restrooms and would not let me use them. The other one was cleaned and locked. There was no closed sign and I wanted to know so that I plan my visits accordingly next time. I had sat in 2 hours of traffic after a long day of work and just wanted a nice dinner to unwind with. I was forced to hold my pee for my meal. Being both hungry and needing to pee is a horrible predicament to be in.She treated me like a homeless person trying to use the restroom for free and that it was a privilege to use the facilities and up to their subjective will if I'm allowed access. She then took me to the cashier and kitchen staff and complained about me in Vietnamese. I was humiliated in front of the whole store. This isn't right and this very disturbing experience has stayed with me to this day.

Only 1 vegetarian entree now. They stopped selling Beyond Chicken. Not worth going here - nothing good in the menu.

This specific location hasn't given me any issues and I've conveniently enjoyed my meals here for the last 15+ years. Even transitioning to mobile order delivery and pick up was smooth sailing. Anyways, a rule of thumb many of us know is that u should never go to a Panda Express 30 minutes prior to closing, a lotta times they don't have enough food and aren't to keen on making anything that might go to waste at the time of closing. Tonight was different... we arrived 30 minutes before closing and as expected we had slim pickings to select but it was more than enough to fill up our to go boxes... rice was a go, there was some teriyaki chicken available, egg plant for the wife was good for one. Only thing they were out of was their famous orange chicken. We asked if they had more coming expecting them to say it's gone for the night. NOPE, the lady said we can make u both some orange chicken and in a matter of minutes a fresh batch of orange chicken was made for two.A gesture like that goes a long way, especially the confidence for us customers encouraged to return! Here's the thing... have u ever had Panda's Orange chicken right when it's made and eaten immediately as in dining in...ITS THE BOMB!!! Unlike anything I've tasted, a freshly made serving of orange chicken is like biting into popcorn chicken covered in their orange sauce. The crunchy / crispy texture of the outer layer of the o-chicken just hits you with them fried chicken feels. I guess I'm so used to getting it and eating it when I get home. By than the everything in the to go box sometimes soggy and lacks any crunch, (still good tho!)But yea... that gesture of making us a fresh batch of OC goes a long way and is deserving of a review like this. Thanks!
