Great selection of pastries, desserts, coffee, you name it. The place is clean, and the staff are all in uniform. Will definitely come back to try other pastries.

This Paris Baguette location in Milpitas is a reliable stop for fresh pastries and light meals. The layout is open and inviting, with a clean display of baked goods and cakes that are visually appealing and well-stocked. Favorites like the almond croissant and egg salad sandwich are popular for a reason—they’re flavorful and satisfying.

The staff are efficient and polite, though the café can get crowded on weekends. Seating is available both inside and outside, making it a flexible option for solo visits or casual meetups. The coffee is solid, though not the main draw—the pastries and cakes are the stars here.

It’s a great place to grab a quick breakfast, a mid-day treat, or a beautifully boxed cake for a celebration. Consistent quality and a calm atmosphere make it a dependable choice.

I saw a cockroach running in the kitchen in front of me… Then I just dropped my food and left. This is crazy. I really wish I took a pic for this. First time in my life at a bakery.

I went in and tried the new Dubai chocolate matcha! The manager recommended it, and when I told her I didn’t like drinks that were too sweet, she recommended I reduce the pumps to just one. That was a good amount of sweetness for me, I wouldn’t add more pumps. I’ve been here a few times and this location is one of my favorites! The workers have always been kind and helpful, answering any questions I have and even making recommendations like today.

06.20.25 Strawberry Pistachio Cake Slice $8.99 for my toy poodle's 5th bday! Crab Croquet $4.59, Almond Cheese Croissant, Fruit Pastry $5.29, all were super tasty but croquet of course is always going to be a bit greasy.

Delicious pastries, they changed recipes in the last couple of years, wasn't as tasty 5 yrs ago so avoided this bakery but it's much better now, more actual French style baking; light, buttery, crispy yet soft, fresh, not too sweet, excellent pastries. Never tried their beverages so can't comment on those.

02.27.24 4x pastries divided for 3 people so cut up on plate in pic but from clockwise from upper left;
*Sweet Rice Donut $2.69
(chabsal, good/yumm!)
*Sweet Potato Pastry $3.39
(light, good)
*Crab Meat Croquette $4.29
(DELICIOUS!!!)
*Chocolate Bretzel $4.49
(pass, unmemorable)
*Coffee: extremely bitter, dark, heavy mouth-feel=pass, instead have Peet's or Black Oak

This place is fantastic! The customer service is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Dude even recommended I try an Iced Chai Tea Latte, which was delicious. The ambience is great, and the food is excellent—I highly recommend it!

I’m mostly writing this review to offset some of the ridiculous one stars. No latte art? No plastic bags? No happy birthdays on cakes? Come on ppl! This location has a great selection of pastries, and the workers are always nice. Come for that!

We were a paying customer and potty training daughter had to go and a worker was letting us into the employee only bathroom and the manager came out to tell us no. She had an accident.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. I have found food with mold growing a few times and avoided those. This time everyone at home who ate the food got sick. We won’t be coming here again.

Love their matcha latte and all the savory bakery snacks! Don’t have a great photo but they’ve really upped their cake game :)

I went with my sister to get a handful of pastries and two drinks: one matcha frappe, and one iced matcha with lavender.
They messed up our drink order THREE times. First, they handed us two frappes. When I nicely pointed out that the lavender one was supposed to be iced (I work in food service, I know how to be nice I promise), the barista was very begrudgingly accommodating.
While we were waiting for the lavender iced, my sister tried her regular matcha frappe and it had lavender in it. So unfortunately I had to go back to the counter and ask for a frappe without lavender and the girl literally rolled her eyes at me and said "Fine. Just leave it there". When she called out the new frappe, it was said with LOTS of attitude.
Silly me didn't taste the iced lavender matcha until I got home.....there was no lavender.
The quality here is decent but you really have to be careful and try everything before you leave 😬

The food tasted great, but the service was disappointing. The manager didn’t know the ingredients in most of the dishes and was quite rude. Despite ordering three boxes of pastries, I wasn’t given a bag, even though I offered to pay for one. As a manager, she could have handled the situation much better. On the plus side, the atmosphere is inviting, great location and the interiors created a comfortable vibe.

Definitely a better bakery than “cafe”. Freshly baked pastries. Latte taste is just off. No mug is available for dine in. No art on top.
