I enjoyed bun cha hanoi and cha ca la vong very much. Pho was ok. Bo luc lac was also good but inconsistent. All portions were huge. Good service staff.

We ordered Shrimp and Fries. Shrimp had the scales on and they were half cooked. Fries were half cooked. No one bothered to check for followup for order. Terrible experience and service. Absolutely terrible

Within a week. We have bad experiences here1st_ we went on weekday evening , Special Beef Noodle , soup is not hot enough. The people who bring over our dishes are not as friendly as the ones in San Jose.2nd_ we went at Brunch Time on Weekend, the soup on the size of rice dish, entirely cold, not even warm. We pretty sure something is wrong inside the kitchen. How can they serve the coldest soup to the customer?I regular customer here and recognize if the owner is around, their service is better, without the owner, the food brings out is surprise.The waitress is the only exceptional with an okay attitude.Feeling bad the the place used to be pretty good and now everytime we crave their dishes, we have to re-consider if they "surprise "us any other matter or to be as good as before?

Food was good, but I worry about cleanliness. No soap in either the men or women's bathrooms. Staff was informed both at the start of the visit and as we were leaving. Not sure how the employees clean their hands after using the bathroom without soap.

The food was decent. The egg rolls were oily. The spring roll was good. The vegetarian pho had some weird spice that was potent. Overall experience was decent. Service is very quick.

Been eating Pho a LOT since college in East Coast.This place did not disappoint. One of the better ones I've had since I've been visiting West Coast.Pretty generous portion. The Pho was awesome. The BoLucLac was pretty good.Service was fast and professional. Place was clean.
