This place is known for that bowl that I got in the picture. It's I come here for and it is all I have ever tried. It's hella damn good and that broth is banging. You used to get an actual crab claw, but now they have updated it 3x jumbo tiger monstrous shrimps. Get that.

Food has a big portion. Vegetables are fresh and alot. The service is very good. The restaurant is very clean and quiet. Especially, its price is very reasonable. Please come and enjoy Vietnamese food here.

Delicious special Dalat noodle. Huge bowl is enough for two. The fried chicken with red rice was also very good. It came with a whole chicken...too much for one person also. Very good value.

My experience at DaLat Restaurant was a mix of highs and lows, with their Egg Noodle Soup with Jumbo Shrimp and Meat standing out as a delightful and delicious signature dish. The flavors in the soup were fantastic, and the jumbo shrimp and meat were cooked to perfection, adding a rich and satisfying element to the dish. It's certainly a must-try for any seafood lover. On the other hand, our choice of Satay Beef with rice turned out to be a bit of a letdown. The menu failed to mention that the dish was extremely spicy, catching us off guard. While some people might enjoy a spicy kick, it would have been much appreciated if the restaurant had indicated the level of spiciness to help customers make an informed decision before ordering.Aside from the flavors of the food itself, there was one concerning observation during our meal. Towards the end, we noticed one of the workers engaging in an unappetizing practice. They were collecting the chili oil leftovers from each table and combining them back into a large container before redistributing it to the other tables. This recycling of chili oil seemed unsanitary and raised some questions about the overall hygiene practices in the restaurant. Thankfully, we noticed this after finishing our meal, but it did leave us feeling uneasy about the restaurant's cleanliness standards.DaLat Restaurant offers some truly tasty dishes, with their Egg Noodle Soup with Jumbo Shrimp and Meat being a standout item that I would happily recommend to others. However, they should improve their menu descriptions to indicate the spice level of dishes and ensure that proper hygiene practices are maintained in their food handling procedures. With these adjustments, DaLat Restaurant could enhance the overall dining experience for their patrons.

I like their dried Da Lat yellow noodle. The quality of the noodle is good. The 3 shrimps are fresh, sweet and delicious. The special house sauce makes the dish even better. Have eaten there several times and have never had a stomach ache unlike other restaurants. The bean sprouts and condiments are fresh.Their ban xeo is not good. The crust is too thin and the ingredients inside have no flavor. It is nothing compared to the previous owner, Pho 909. Hue restaurant in Silver Creek makes better Ban Xeo.The environment could use a makeover.I like going here because it isNot busyFast serviceOnly $17 for the dried noodle bowl with soupNo stomach acheThe staff is down to earthClose to my work place.Parking: Hide your stuff. Lots of sketchy people including homeless.

Their dried noodles is everything on point. The noodles is soft, the sauce is good, chili oil is provided, generous on meat and shrimps and reasonable price. I mean this place is in South Bay. Must try!

I have been missing the dry pho spot in SF Larkin street since they closed down so I had to find an alternative to satisfy my cravings. This spot is located in a plaza with ample parking spots, and we found one right in front of the restaurant. We came at 12:30pm on a Sunday and it wasn’t crowded at all. We got seated right away and discovered their menu specialized in dry noodles — jackpot! I went with #45, the rice noodles with crab (though they were out today), shrimp, and meats with soup on the side. All these dry dishes have the option of being soup noodles if that’s what you’re in the mood for. The sauce was good and there’s lots of toppings which made the dish awesome. They steam the bean sprouts and veggies you can add on top of your order, too. My husband got the egg noodle one just to try a different option — I still like the rice noodle more but it was also very good! Service is fast and we paid with cash for a discount. Will be back :)
