Wow the people here are rude. Lady at the front desk speaks good English but acts like she doesn't understand you to her convince. I live around the corner and can't tell how many times I've came here. Today I came ate and paid . After I paid i asked for $5 in change so I can go get water at the water store next door as the machine doesn't take 5$ . She asked why I told her that same thing . And then she ignored me and took the guy behind me. I asked her again and she acted like she didn't understand me. Thankfully the consumer after overheard and changed it for me . Wild these people be so rude

I Walked Inside Today Oct,30th 2025 At Around 5 PM.....Staff or Management Has Like a Pisst Off Look Always On thier Faces...not to Sound Mean..Anyway I walk inside nobody helps me..so I go use the Bathroom..I Come Out Show My Phone Cuz ima Uber Eats Driver and Customer..Lady Says..Y You Come Thru Back With alot of Attitude..I said ima Customer And Awaiting Uber Eats Order....She Shakes Her Head..Walking Away..I Ask...I can't use the bathroom...She Says I have To Ask..Okay..Like a Minute later a Customer Walks up to go use the Bathroom...Without Asking....Like To me It's Racial Profiling and I Am A Customer As Well..Unfair Treatment

This was my first time trying this place, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. When we arrived, I asked if we could sit toward the back. The owner was nice about it and said yes. We had just been seated and were starting to look at the menu when the owner quickly came over to take our order. Thinking back, we probably should’ve asked for a minute, but she seemed in a rush, so we went ahead and ordered.
After ordering drinks, the owner asked if we wanted orange juice. We politely declined, but she kept insisting. Then I asked my partner if he wanted potstickers we hadn’t even decided yet, but she already started writing it down. I had to stop her and clarify that we didn’t want it.
The food was just okay. I ordered the Bún Bò Huế (spicy noodle soup), but the Vietnamese ham tasted off almost expired. While eating, I also noticed how the owner was speaking quite rudely to the server in Vietnamese, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. We decided not to leave a tip, but my partner ended up leaving some cash on the table, thinking it would go to the server. As we were walking out after paying, I overheard the owner speaking in Cantonese to someone, asking if we had left money on the table.
Overall, the experience was not pleasant the owner came off cold and unwelcoming, the food was mediocre, and the overall vibe was uncomfortable. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

Amazing food for sure very authentic in flavor and depth of the broths. Service is fast and friendly. The atmosphere is like walking in to you auntys house! Air filled with deliciousness, the owner there greeting and welcoming in all guest taking time to connect with her customers and community. 10/10 recommend!

This is my second time to this restaurant. This time I ordered pork porridge and locomotive soup noodles, as well as a serving of fried chicken wings. The fried chicken wings tasted good, but the wings were a bit small. The soup noodles tasted very average, and there was still less meat. The reason why I only gave it one star was that the pork porridge and the pig tongue were not fresh and had a strong smell. They were completely rotten. The pig intestines seemed to have not been cleaned, and there was fat all around. It tasted smelly and disgusting. It was a very bad experience. I will not come again next time

I was impressed by the Pho at this restaurant. It had good balance of ingredients and broth. The menu had a good variety of Vietnamese dishes. I usually order the combination Pho, which doesn't disappoint.

The staff was very rude moved us from one table to another as we as a party of 2 ordered one dish from a table of 4 to table of 2 even though the restaurant was absolutely empty… don’t expect this kind of service!! Food was okay not the best!
