They lack alot of sauce on the table, such as soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and. The most important, chili oil pepper, for most eaters those doesn't matter, but fir a real pho pro and real AsianThose sauce are a necessity and its 3hat makes pho so delicious. Other then that the fish is just like any other Viet food.

Fair prices, plenty selections to choose from, decent amount of food and toasty. Very causal and friendly service. Just be caution they do not allow any outside food or drinks, you will be asked politely to either dumb it or finish it outside first.

Me and my two kids went to Pho Saigon and ordered what we always order Chicken Pho, but last night my 10 year old daughter found a hair in her Pho and said mom there is hair in my soup i immediately called the owner and she instantly got an attitude for her employee wrong doing it could of been the owner hair for all I know! This is the second time I have found hair in the soup at this place and the owner never apologized or nothing, never will I go to this place again and spend another dime I believe the cooks should be wearing hair nets!!! The owner made me and my kids feel very unwelcome to spend my money at this establishment. Please if you eat here please check your food, I repeat please check your food you might find something that should not be in your soup like HAIR.

The food is ok but the attitude of the old lady at the front desk is not positive at all. I was waiting to pay for my table but she kept talking with another customer and ignored me for so long. I’m a patient person, it’s not a big deal to wait but waiting like that was not a good experience. And then when it was my turn, she asked me “Bàn mấy” which means “what’s table number” but it was a in a very rude, unfriendly tone and attitude.

This place isn't bad. I've had better pho soup but not too bad overall.

This is the best restaurant in the Bay Area, possibly the world. The owners are awesome. I go here all the time and I want everyone I know to experience this gem of spot.

Ive came into this place twice and I'm not sure if its the owner but he has always spoke to me with no manners or respect. Both times I came the guy was rude and unprofessional. Very unwelcoming and coming off as stubborn. First instance i asked for a water cup and asked if i was going to dine and i said no i just wanted water and he literally laughed at me saying "nothing is free ". You can tell the employee was uncomfortable but also not surprised by what was going on. I hope the best for the employees just trying to make a living

I love this place so much that my friend and I go once a week. The owner and his wife are good natured and have a great sense of humor. The staff are always attentive. My favorite dishes are the Pho combo #1 with all the different beef cuts & tripe and the grilled pork chops with rice. The broth for the pho is so tasty and delicious; definitely comforting. The pork chops are always grilled to perfection and tasty. Their smoothies and Thai iced tea are made very well.Any night that you go in there's always people eating and enjoying the comfortable atmosphere. Overall a great place!

Husband was feeling sick and decided to try this spot since I was in the area. I got the pork egg roll with shrimp, I thought it was pretty tasty. I decided to get the house pho. The broth tasted generic. Wasn't anything special. My husband wanted the beef soup, and he wasn't a fan of it, my friend had gotten a rice plate, and said it was super good. Not sure if they're known more for their rice plates. The lady up front was super nice and friendly. Unfortunately, she wasn't feeling well and was coughing and had a running nose. I feel that any businesses that serves food should wear a mask when they're not feeling well.
