The chicken is super gamy :( smells bad as always at popeyes despite this issue my children don’t mind it ( never understood how it spicy at the same time gamy! Maybe that’s their specialty :)but today they added anther new unique touch ! I got a 3 pieces meal for my son it was RAW , he immediately went to the counter to let them know ! They just replaced it with anther RAW piece! Red coloured meat!I gave the whole tray back ,and told them it’s dangerous/ unhealthy to serve it !They were never bothered- they are just workers there don’t own the business;)Additionally they didn’t apology or gave a refund! Not surprised though .

Horrible horrible customer service.They got my drink wrong that I paid for and said that if I want to re fill it I needed to pay extra. That's on top of the fact that they didn't give me any sauces with my fries and chicken sandwich, they also said to pay extra. When I asked for my drink that I payed for as well as the sauces they were rude and walked away without answering me.Do not recommend

Almost $18 per person. Had to wait over 20 minutes. Did not notify customers and did not offer any apologies. Same attitudes at $20 an hour. This will not last.

I like this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. It's a good food store with a wide variety of stuff. They have a large selection of prepared foods, and they also have a deli counter. If you are looking for a quick meal, they have hot food available.

They served me a piece of chicken that was rotten. I had to go vomit to the restroom. But don’t worry, they gave me a 3 dollar refund for that piece of rotten food. That makes up for everything.
Worst costumer service!The cashier (a young woman) was rude when I was ordering, I asked if she can repeat what she told to me (cuz' she spoke in a low voice, considering the noise in a mall) she just rolled her eyes and proceeded to gave me my receipt and didn't say anything.Apparently in the receipt there's not appear the cashier's name just a merchant ID. ?♀️HR needs to hire best managers or staff.

At the location in the Great mall I sent my 12-year-old to get their own food while I waited for my own next door. I watched as the staff was totally rude to my quiet and shy kiddo and then continued to watch as they took care of all the orders except my son’s until none were left. Finally I went up there myself after 20 minutes of waiting only to find out that the cashier had been rude never gave them the slip for the order. When I looked at the receipt they gave my son, they had given him a torn off portion of the bottom with any mention of customer service numbers, order numbers, or the cashier who rang him up removed (presumably to avoid complaints directed at their terrible service). That’s not going to stop me from complaining when you treat people poorly (store numbers are public). Super disappointed that they’re hiring such trashy people. If you hate kids or you hate your life and you let that impact how you treat others, maybe don’t work in the service industry.

Popeyes chicken was my favorite. But over the years I found it highly depends on location. At some locations, I will almost get very good result every time. But for some places, 9 out of 10 times it was not good. This place is the first time I go, and I have to give it a 2 star for overcooked chicken wings. I think the KFC nearby is doing a much better job at the same price level.
