Cool lightning in here. Great Ambience and They have board games. Drinks come in bottle or cup. If you order larger size it is a bottle.
Sugar level and ice level can be adjusted for drinks. They have snacks like popcorn chicken, Bo kho and other Vietnamese dishes here.
Good place to study and hang out with friends! Plenty of seating. A lot of variety in drinks.
Service is quick. Not any complaints.

Man… service was extremely slow and they weren’t even busy. Even when I go up to the counter and try and ask if they have my order. They have random people speaking to the two male workers seeming to slow things down. The overall hygiene of the place is not well. Tables are dirty and someone had their barefoot on one of the tables. I ordered through DoorDash and the order was supposed to be finished in 10 minutes. I didn’t get my drink for 30 minutes. When I did get my Thai Milk tea it was just sticky and I got the wrong size. Geez man don’t come here!!!!!

I had to wait over 40 minutes for a drink and a waffle. When i asked the worker @ 1:05 about my waffle, he hadn’t started it. The waffle maker was unused since i ordered at 12:20

This was my 1st time visiting. What I loved about it is that you could upgrade all the drinks to a larger cup, and there is a menu for light snacks.

Disappointing!Their milk teas are flavorless and are literally 250 ml milk, a few fruit chunks, and half a cup of ice ?Most expensive milk you could have in the Bay!Skip this one for trying and take your business to your fav Tea place instead, you're welcome.

I had the strawberry matcha latte once 2 years ago and liked it. Can’t believe the quality is like this now, the amount of strawberry is half it used to be, the matcha tea is very watery, barely no milk ?. With no sugar no ice option, it cost $8. Very disappointing.
The milk tea is ok. But It seems the cup too big for the drink they provide?

Wow, expensive, and everything here tastes bad. I’ve come a few times now. Matcha, coffee, what the heck. Why are all the flavors off. I had a nitro coffee, it was pretty flat. Not what I want from a nitro drink. The popcorn chicken was ok.

We ordered three drinks and there were around 7 workers, but they were all talking loudly and obnoxiously in the back without anyone working in the front. All they did was put ice in the cups and go to the back to chat and laugh at their phones. Keep in mind that we can see what was going on through the walkway curtain. We had to loudly call them to ask when our drinks would be ready and they couldn't even hear us because all of them were talking so damn loudly on the phone. They only sent one of their workers to make all the drinks. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. Our Vietnamese coffees did not include the jellies that they were supposed to come with and were extremely bitter. The worker did not even call out drinks out when they were ready. We had to ask, and she said that our chicken was being made even though we did not order chicken. Unprofessional and the workers should do their job before fooling around in the back for all the customers to hear and see!
