Dont eat here. I have been here 3-4 times and the food tastes good plus the overall thinking its healthy. But the problem here is with the hygiene. We bought food from here this week and our whole family got sick after eating it. I have noticed the girl who used the restroom for several minutes came out and did not wash hands and started touching food and prepping it. The guy then went out took out trash put it somewhere , cleaned the surfaces using chemicals and then again did not wash hands and prepared food and gave us. This is not the first time. I have always seen these people never cleaning hands after touching dirty things, going to toilet etc. Guess what our whole family is severely sick after eating food from this shop.

The acai bowls are so good! I like doing the build your own with the acai and chia pudding. The interior is cute and there are also some tables outside. Ordering is through a kiosk.

Came to Raw right before closing! It was a bit empty given closing time but the staff were still friendly and helpful. Ended up getting a açaí bowl and forgot how much I loved these! Definitely coming back again to try a smoothie next time and maybe more.

This place used to be good when it first opened. I usually frequent this place for brunch or a quick getaway for a healthy meal. The staff is always friendly and smiling. They probably had an off day, but really there is no reason for the lack of hand sanitizer in the dispenser next to the ordering kiosk. Also, please move that further away from the ordering pad because some people think it's a card swiper. Also the touchpad was very dirty, I had to wipe the grease from strangers' prints from the order pad at this place... it also had tape for some weird reason. Was disgusting. Some customers had to clean and bus their own tables because other previous customers' were too privileged and lazy to clean their own table or they just don't know how. SMH. Please have a tip jar for the people who pick up these lazy customers' lack of consideration for people who work in the service industry. They work hard to keep this place quality, and we don't want the kids to be sitting at a gross dirty table from strangers' disgusting messes. The bathroom was clean but it smells bland, they can use some diffuser in there. Please refill the automatic soap dispenser! The soap dispenser on the sink was tacky, gross and lazy. This place can do better for the details for the price of their vegan food which this time gave me a stomach ache. The reason why people go to this place is because it is allergen free and food sensitive friendly for people who need specified food requirements. When I asked for some food modifications for certain fruits to be removed because of a food allergy, the clerk was was very unpleasant to the customer about it initially. Not until being pressed for the consumers' rights to be treated fairly with their food requests considering this is a very expensive vegan food joint, this place can really step up their customer service to meet the demands of the people instead of being stuck in their old ways of imposing how they wanna make the food. If they keep trying to tell customers that they can't do what the customer is paying them how to make their food, this place will continue to lose customers and nobody likes that. Consider that this review is a favor that this place hopefully cleans it sprucely and neatly for more customers. Other than this, Ruby was great at handling a hangry customer's expectations with the folks in the kitchen.

This spot was really cute to dine at. They have really cool drinks that aren't like your usual cafe. They have health conscious drink options and great vegan food options! I ordered the lavender matcha latte and the house banh mi. Sooo good! However my lavender matcha latte had not a hint of lavender in it. It's either my drink was made to be another matcha item on the menu or you just really don't get a lot of lavender at all in this drink. All you can taste is coconut and matcha. Still pretty good but not what I was expecting my drink to taste like. The bahn mi I loved! The vegan meat was good and flavorful, the bread I think was my favorite part because it was on sourdough which I've never had before with a bahn mi which I highly recommend. I think if it's your first time trying vegan meat, you like this sandwich. Also, this place is cashless and you order from a kiosk which there's not much customer service here. The only human interaction I had was picking up my food from the pick up area and even then you get basic service. Still recommend this spot! Perfect if you're on the go too.

I love this cafe, but! I would like if the ordering option on doordash for the Unlimited toppings Bowl, could be fixed. It doesn't allow me to add more than 5 toppings, despite being the unlimited option.

Okay, I've just recently adopted an Ovo-Lacto vegetarian diet and will dabble with plant based foods. I tried Raw SF and have ordered from here five times this month. I'm obsessed. So far I've dabbled mostly in the savory part of the menu and tried their Magic Matcha, Adaptogenic Mushroom Toast, baked fries, OG and Chipotle Mushroom burger. It's very good and the quality really speaks for itself. On DD and their website I noticed you can't make modifications like sweetness level. But I called ahead of time and asked to have them remove the syrup from the Magic Matcha and they were able to fulfill that request. I can't wait to explore more of their menu.

The self ordering system can get really backed up as there are so many options and selections, there is no one to really help you if you have any questions. Seems more like a self service type of cafe with water stations. The food was pretty good but I would say a bit overpriced for pieces of bread and mushroom. Ended up getting the Adaptogenic Mushroom Toast, an acai bowl, and two drinks. The only downside is that the wait is really long even when its not super busy, been twice and both times we got our food 30- 40 minutes which was a bit off putting.

It was delicious, and you can choose from different plant proteins. I love Beyond Meat, so I went with it. Then I also ordered the OG Burger because it was popular via app orders. I eat Beyond Burgers alot, so I decided to swap that out for something new (House Taro Mushroom). There were 5 plant based meat options (impossible, beyond, black bean, taro mushroom, and house beet energy). I got a side of fries along with them. The fries are cheaper if bought with the sandwiches vs alone. Everything tasted great! I'm craving for more already. I think I'm in love with the Ubé Bowl! (although the sunset bowl was super delicious too!) Can't wait to try more items! Their drinks looked so yummy!

I love açaí bowls and this one was so good! I feel like sometimes you don't get what you pay for but this was definitely reasonable for the toppings and amount that you get. Absolutely recommend. Also the pistachio matcha latte is really good too. Thank you!

Love this place for many reasons .It is always nice and clean, the food is high quality and best of all , everything is vegan!I definitely recommend this place .The chipotle mushroom burger is my go to . It’s one of the best vegan burgers I’ve ever had .Also , the owners are awesome! And the employees at the Milpitas location are the best! Always so friendly. Makes the whole vibe good .The lady in the kitchen cooking always greets me with a big , warm smile .it’s really niceThe only thing is I wish they would add more new stuff to their menu and a couple awesome salads or a bowel with grains and veggies?But that won’t stop me from going there !
