Just okay but definitely have had better. I think Red Robin overall as a business is not what it once was. Nothing special. Don't order the veggie burger you will get sick, no fresh at all.Server didn't check on us once, better off going somewhere else

This location hasn’t opened since the pandemic. My experience was before the pandemic. Was lured in by the bottomless fries.? However, didn’t refill even once because I was full already with the burger. Hope this location will reopen after the pandemic.

The host encouraged us to go to the bar for lunch and to our surprise service in the bar was excellent today. Our server was hustling non-stop. My mushroom burger came hot loaded with a ton of mushrooms, cooked medium well and refill of fries and drinks came quickly.

Long overdue review. Red robin is just a classic here in the south bay. I remember going here every month, but now, it is just a memory. I haven't been to Red Robins since 2014. When people starting finding out about their frozen patties and new burger joints started opening up, it was over for them. I do know that people will come for onion rings and the freckled lemonade. Those items are probably the only things helping them stay afloat.
Our waitress Sandra was awesome and we received 5 Star service from her. She represents the Red Robin establishment well. Speedy service, always a full drink and a non-stop smile. My hubby ordered the onion burger and really liked it. I did minus off 1 Star because every time I eat at this Red Robin's they over-cook the onion rings. Don't get me wrong, I like a crunchy onion ring, but not so crunchy that it's hard to bite into. I was here at 3:00? between the lunch and dinner crowds so it was nice that it wasn't overcrowded.

Food is fine. They have some of the better burgers. But service is ALWAYS slow. Restaurant full? Slow service. Restaurant empty? Slow service. Service is so bad, we usually go elsewhere, even if it is further away.
