Romanos Macaroni grill is a place to go when i am craving the Italian. Quality of food and service has been consistent.
Good food, great service. It can get loud in the evening but we were there late afternoon and almost had the place to ourselves.
It had been at least 20 years since I've been there but my wife wanted to go since we were in the area. The food was good not great. There wasn't that many people there but the service was a little slow. The drinks were strong but the bill was a little high for what we ordered. I can see why they've been closing.
The food is always consistently good
Macaroni Grill has been aroun many years, but hasn't been the sam since being sold off to various owners. The last being private equity. The foods ok, great service, but I feel the food quality is being compromised for profit unfortunately, as taste of the pene rustica and spaghetti we had were just ok(sauces were just a bit off(maybe a bit more tomato paste?). And at the prices over $20 its kinda sad. I tried giving them extra benefit but couldn't justify full credit. So you might stop by if your really craving pasta. But Olive Garden might be preferred.
Our service from Jose Cruz was extremely exceptional. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly accommodating, which wasn’t expected but so appreciated. It made our experience feel personal and special—truly excellent service!
Worst food I've had in a long time......how can you screw up spaghetti and meatballs??? Service was bad as well. Will never go back
Always love coming here. Had Chaw as my server and she was absolutely amazing!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted, which makes a world of a difference to me. I was sat at my table and greeted again by my waitress. Lauren was very kind, great smile and outstanding customer service. The food choices that she recommended definitely shows she knows her stuff. The food came to the table hot and delicious, my drink was extremely tasty. The atmosphere is still very family oriented which I love. It’s over 5 years since I dine at a Macaroni Grill, only because it’s the place that my sister, nephew and I would eat together. I couldn’t bring myself to eat here after she passed from cancer. Today I couldn’t resist and I wrote this review tears came rolling down my face. Thank you Lauren and Macaroni Grill for the amazing customer service & great memories.
My only concern would be that I wasn’t offer the soup or salad that should have come with the entrée.
Food was very good
Server M C quicked us out at 10:00 PM and start arguing about about it
I will never come back unless manager calls with apology and gratitude for the big offense

The food here is good and the portions are big. On my most recent visit, I had the parmesan fried sole, and it was very tasty. I would come back for that dish again.
If you want italian, for this price, it is really best to find a really authentic italian restaurant, this is kinda like the Italian version of Chilli's. Food is not really fresh, like almost cafeteria level food. And the wine selection is underwhelming. Also, there was no air conditioner so it got hot really quickly.
They delivered the order without any sauce on both our Chicken Marsala and Fettuccine Alfredo. Just bare pasta and bare chicken. I know we ordered on a Friday night but whomever was cooking just punked us. We paid a good price for inedible food, obviously was done on purpose. We also had a side of mashed potatoes and broccoli that didn't show up. Would be 0/0 if possible.
When I entered I asked to be seated in the bar area at a table. After no one helped me for 5 minutes, I decided to go up and asked to be seated at a regular table. Then it took another 10 minutes for somebody to take my order of Lobster Bisque & Chicken Marsala. After 10 minutes of wondering where my lobster bisque was, my chicken marsala came. I asked the waitress where is my lobster bisque was, and she said that she forgot and would would bring it right away. My spoon for the lobster bisque had food spots on it, so I used the spoon that came with my chicken marsala. The food was flavorful, but for some reason, the sauce on my chicken marsala was like soup consistency. Believe it or not, the lobster bisque was thicker than the sauce for my chicken marsala. as a waitress who didn't seem like she knew what she was doing, she never came by to ask me if I needed anything. Maybe she got the hint that her service to me was not very good because I ultimately left a $2 tip. I was inclined to leave a 2 cent tip, but I didn't feel that was worthy because she did walk around the restaurant.
Like other people have left reviews have said there are many other Italian restaurants to go to with better food, lower prices, and much better service. I will never go back.
There's a reason why they have 3.8 star rating it's because the food and the service are subpar. Because of this, they will be out of business.
It was the perfect dinner out for one of our last nights in the area after a hard week. Our server (Cam) was absolutely awesome. He made us laugh, made great recommendations, and was attentive. The food was delicious. Use to visit other locations as a kid and always got the same thing. Now that I'm older, I've branched out. The best part was that they were able to accommodate my pork allergy and didn't make a big fuss like other places have in the past. Thankful for a memorable last evening out in the area before heading home. Our family even shared stories of memories visiting Macaroni Grill.
