Food is okay Italian, like a bit better than Olive Garden. Only been there for lunch and every time the place has been empty which makes this very large space feel cold. Maybe dinner is better and full, but I'd find a small family Italian restaurant if you want good pasta.

The food was amazing. My server was Ben, and he was really kind. It looks amazing, and if you are bored, you can walk back near the entrance and you can see part of the kitchen.Vegetarian options: Not too many options, but there are still a lot. they are all so good. the tomato basil soup is the best one i’ve ever tasted in my life.Parking: way too much parkingWheelchair accessibility: not that great. even though there are ramps to get up, there are stairs even inside and it just becomes a pain to take a huge detour to get to the ramp.

Most disappointing meal I ever had. No flavor, food seemed store bought, lacked flavour and taste. Protein seemed stale. Many things in the menu were not available. I have been Macaroni customer for over 25 yrs .. I now know it will be my last choice. Very disappointed and it kind of ruined my lunch.

Enjoy our Italian food meal...service was great and food was great also!!
Food was good. But the service is frustratingly slow. We sat on the table at around 7PM and food was served around 8:15 PM. People just walk around and no one to ask.This has happened during past 2 visits. Seems like a recurring problem here. Not coming here again.

Not sure what the dynamics internally were but the person waiting on us clearly did not want to be there. We found out after we ordered there was a Valentine's Day special; we ordered three appetizers all of which were cold and arrived at different times, one being when our food arrived. I have a milk allergy and no one could confirm my pasta was without the cream sauce although it was creamy looking..... she yelled over, it's fine. We were offered no grated cheese, one drink refill, the check before dessert and a crumbled receipt. The restaurant was littered with dirty tables and dishes piling up on the islands in the middle of the restaurant and bar area. I brought my date there for Valentine's Day because i hadn't been to a MG since 1998, but i wish we went elsewhere.
Took over an hour to get our food. Granted it was Valentine's Day, but half the restaurant had open seats. A large party of 8 came 45 minutes after us and got their food before we did. When we got the bill, they gave us another tables. Food was cold like it was sitting and they forgot about us and tasted just ok - nothing special. There's better places by far
