Dear Manager, We went Milpitas Location near Coconut hills next to your location Round Table Pizza store , Pankaj / Pragna parekh : Customer service -0 No welcoming smile , We try to get help to order our pizza Veg. One employee she had Glass with blond long hair , We ordered Veg. Pizza for me I told her for me Crispy & try to do extra level thinner & what we suggested Tropping , My husband had soft & souce/ cheese medium level too, I told medium level souce / cheese not less , when she delivered definitely she gave me on table for me / Pragna I saw tropping quntity good but not well cooked , very very light souce / cheese very less so I had gone back to employee & I told pls do it extra level crispy / thinner but you can see Vidio or camera so u can understand , we loved your quality other location , they made it according to our test , listening very well , tried extra level of customers service but unfortunately it’s far so our wedding Aniversary , we went & Celebrated but very very Disappointed , never go back this location , I have to go three times go back for front & told pls do it thinner is my first priority / medium souce/ cheese , she didn’t put anything like on pizza it’s testless / all tropping it’s really not well cooked , specially my teeth surgery before 2 weeks , it’s not chewing very well , never recommend anyones else , My husband had denture so he can eat , he had only bread he feels only other veg. Is uncooked , finally I may to other Mexican girl who she was doing pizza / tropping , she said only front girl help you , this is how we can make it, how is possible for other location … all money goes in garbage & food …. We think definitely we don’t want any dishes but if u can give back credit back … Very very Disappointed, Customer service 000000000 No smile … $38 something around each so two pizza .. total how much ? Money is not question but quality / souce/ cheese only it’s makes u feel pizza … ?????

Some of the worst roundtable pizza and twists we have ever had. Not sure if this place is cutting corners to save money or not following round table’s guidelines but it’s far from the last honest pizza. The quality is so low they delivered us uncooked breadsticks. We were happy about the 20 minute turnaround from order to delivery but where rewarded with uncooked food. Then the Italian supreme pizza had a lot lacking for a typical supreme pizza at roundtable. They didn’t have the proper toppings which included green onions which was missing or the amount of toppings on typical pizza. The dough was also under cooked tho as not as bad as the breadsticks. We have had so many issues with this location and unfortunately the one near us has shutdown. Won’t be coming her again and rather go to mountain mikes or local pizza spot. Unfortunate because I use to be a die hard roundtable fan. This location has made me hate roundtable and this location is a disgrace and tarnish to the roundtable brand. Do not eat here.

Love the Maui waui pizza.. and the cinnamon sticks are tasty when warm. Yummy. Staff was very helpful.and friendly. Glad I stopped here to eat today.

Disgusting food The bathroom was so gross. The person making the dough wasn't wearing gloves and I caught them touching their mouth several times while waiting for my pizza to be made which I decided not to eat once I got home.

It's a mess in there! There's duct tape holding together some of the furniture, the carpets have never been cleaned, no music, nothing playing on the TV's. The staff doesn't have enough trays for eat in service so you always are given your order in boxes with disposable plates even though they have real plates up front. Tables will sit with dirty dishes from previous customers for hours which I assume they don't have enough staff to bus tables regularly. The bathrooms aren't cleaned, the staff is not communicative, and to top it off the food is just okay. I know this is mostly a take out place but I don't think I'm going to trust the food anymore given how gnarly the inside of their restaurant and possibly the kitchen could be.

Ordered a pizza well done & it was not cooked. It was hard & cold when, I got there it was just sitting on the counter. But they did burn my garlic twists.
