Food looks pretty good, tastes okay. The walnut shrimp is pretty good, but slightly overly flavored. The noodles were bland, but the veggies somewhat made up for it. The meat was kinda stale.

Horrible food, horrible amount! I go to the OakRidge mall location all the time. The mango Orange chicken here is horrible. The amount of food they give you is half, and they charge the same price.

Worked in mall so this is my regular go-to place. Eat here at least twice a week. Food is good and fresh. Service is good. Many stores staff eat here regularly too. So I don’t understand how did other reviewer saying get sick from this store. I will still eat here, and while I’m waiting for the food, I heard other customers came to compliment the food is good too.

As a vegetarian this is the most amazing area you will ever go, even in my trips I still crave Ruby Thai, my go to order is eggplant tofu boiled veggies + broccoli and add asparagus on top the potato is good to. this is my heaven. HUGE portions fair price. Please try it if you go to great mall

Is this restaurant is sanitize? a employers cashier using her phone while she have customer touching all food area that’s contaminated I felt bad for other employee that’s she’s the one who taking care of customers fix that lady with eyelashes on that on the phone and her hair is all over on the food

Where do I even begin. Starting with the food. I came in and the food still tasted really solid! If only it was slightly more warm haha. Beyond the taste of the food, the portions were nothing short of generous. The service was 11/10. The woman was very kind and treated me warmly. The store was kept very clean and I will certainly be coming back! Thank you auntie!! (she is not actually my aunt)

Tried Combo 2 (with veg) and Combo 1 (no veg) at Ruby Thai—both were delicious and super fresh! The chicken was tender, veggies perfectly cooked, and flavors spot on. Great portions and fast service. Will definitely come back!
