Honestly, the atmosphere is dingy, dirty, and the photos on the wall are misleading. Seats haven't been wiped, and tables have food on them. Guy at counter doesn't care what your order is and needs to be told 4 times to actually agree. He then starts yelling at you for lying about your order. There are flies everywhere, and the boba is watered

3.5 stars. The drinks here are on the sweet side. I tried their Sunrise with strawberry popping boba. It's part of their yogurt series. I suppose I could make this drink with Yakult or Calpico mixed with syrup or fruit juice. It wasn't bad but I think kids would enjoy it more due to its sweetness. I do like that this place also offers food. May stop by again for a quick lunch one day. Older gentleman is nice but you'll need to speak clearly and raise the volume a little so he can hear behind the glass. Ambience: bare bones and a few tables.

Came on Thanksgiving day, ordered a #9, Bento box with sweet and sour pork, old dude at register wasn’t very enthusiastic, wouldn’t have been an issue but the food came out and the pork is just old. Currently writing this from the toilet as I’m having diarrhea 8 hours later, at least I know what I was always missing out on now!

I highly recommend Sancha Bar for its refreshing drinks, delicious and freshly-made food, and friendly atmosphere! I love coming across milk tea shops that have a unique and feel-good energy, and I definitely felt that way here. The owners are warm and hospitable, the quality of the food & drinks are fresh and delicious, and there are diverse menu options that will fit anyone's taste buds. I loved the Starry Sky series and recommend the Arctic Ice. I also enjoyed the roasted aroma of the Oolong milk tea. The Miishien noodles are a must-have, and are cooked with a variety of tasty toppings. I can't wait to go back and try other menu options! :)

I absolutely love their style of boba. Definitely try the Mango Green Tea! I add Tapioca Pearls and Rainbow Jelly to mine. A lovely masterpiece.

The whole store had an oily odor. Ice doesn't appear in boba tea. Due to the lack of freshness and chewiness, I believe the owner had the boba for some time. Not recommend this business.

Very disappointed in this place.. noodles were ok but popcorn chicken is fried breadcrumbs. Almost no chicken. Not competitive to nearby places. Also over priced for what you get.

This Sancha Bar is located on the edge of the Foothill Square plaza. There used to be a location in Oakland Chinatown (not sure if it was the same owner). There was plenty of parking the parking lot. Although, it was not busy, drinks take awhile to get. Service is eh - the employee did not say anything, just waited until you are ready to order, takes your order quickly, and walks away to make your drink (he does all these tasks without saying anything at all). The interior is plain and simple, and a very bright green inside. I ordered the jasmine milk tea with boba. It tasted more like a caramel milk tea (with a weird aftertaste as well) than a green tea based milk tea. My drink was not that cold, it was a bit lukewarm - then I noticed that there was no ice inside for some reason. I was going to asked for ice, but the employee was nowhere to be found, so I just took the L and drank the iceless and lukewarm milk tea. The boba tasted old - it was hard.

Not the same , one we got was so sweet it tasted like straight sugar , and the jasmine tea tasted like just milk . We paid $13 for both not be good at all . I didn't finish mine . I used to go here a lot after school because it's by the high school but it's not good anymore.

Order Thai tea and the boba was old and falling apart. Flavor of tea was watered down and served warm with no ice. Would have tasted better if he put ice. Service was not the best. Would not recommend for boba when other shops close by are much better like Ten Ren.

The old male employee is hella rude. I would not want to spend my money here. Burrito express is much better.

The tea itself is pretty good. However one normal sized cup is a little over six bucks, which I think is a bit pricy for the size. The packaging is fragile and sometimes I receive cups that are cracked and the tea just spills out. Once I tried to carry multiple in my tote bag and when I took them out, I realized three cups were crack and one of them was half a empty. The wait is also pretty long. Normally my order takes 15-20 minutes to make. And if there are other orders before me, my order can take up to over 30 minutes.

$6.10 for this passion fruit slush with tapioca pearl. And the #5 spicy fried chicken box with a oolong milk tea came out to a bit under $20.The food was nicely fresh made and very hot in temperature for the meal and the milk tea was also flavorful.Overall for satisfactory quality for price.I might be back for more.
