I have been going to this place for a long time. always get the bento box. The teriyaki chicken is perfect with good rice and california rolls. i don’t like recommend the gyoza or the salad though. other than that, this is a great spot to eat teriyaki chicken.

it was the only stall that had a queue, & we saw people walking past with yummy looking food, so we decided to join the queue. ordered the chicken & shrimp teriyaki, & they fry it in front of you upon ordering. so you get your food piping hot, & surprisingly yummy too! portions were generous, enough for the 2 of us 😋

Ok where do I start ! I have never had real sushi but I had to give it a try considering the speed and length of the line ! It was PACKED! But they moved so quickly I knew the food would have to be fresh because they were selling out and refilling like CRAZY! That's ALWAYS A GOOD SIGN ! Being in the mall had no effect on the ambiance what so ever if anything it made it easier to people watch and talk about how amazing the food was ! We are completely coming back to this place the next time we're back in Milpitas !
Chicken teriyaki was delicious but the plate costs almost $13 but give barely any chicken. Being greedy won’t attract any customers. I hope this changes

Prepackaged stuff, not great taste, sizeable bone bits in the cooked chicken. Dangerous. Wouldn't go here again.
Food is great but service is ridiculous. My dish had sauce all over the container. Why don't they close it and make it to go anyway. They already use +++plastic.

I know. It's a mall food court. But you can give more than a 1 ounce portion for protein on a bento box! I asked for more and they said they can't give me anymore. I paid $15 for basically rice, vegetables, gyoza, and 4 pieces of sushi. Gyoza was cold, vegetables were just prepacked that should have been a salad. Not worth the price they charge at all! You can get better portions across the food court. WASTE OF MONEY!

Love the test of Chicken Teriyaki at Sarku Japan, but quality of chicken at this store has gone down lately. Chicken is almost non chewable like rubber gum. Go to the Westfield mall at Steven Creek Blvd.
