I paid $15 for basically rice, vegetables, gyoza, and 4 pieces of sushi. Gyoza was cold, vegetables were just prepacked that should have been a salad. Not worth the price they charge at all! You can get better portions across the food court.WASTE OF MONEY!

Love the test of Chicken Teriyaki at Sarku Japan, but quality of chicken at this store has gone down lately. Chicken is almost non chewable like rubber gum. Go to the Westfield mall at Steven Creek Blvd.

Used to like ordering here, but now they're forcing you to buy bottled water with your order. One man always does this at the register, but another lady was happy to provide me with a bottle of water. Be wary of this before ordering from here if you want to risk choking on your food because you're forced to pay for a beverage you don't want.

They weren’t doing any of the sushi. They just had the boxes and the teriyaki bento boxes with no teriyaki sauce, with a salad with no dressing.
One of the best food options available in the great mall food court. Tried the chicken teriyaki and it was delicious. Would recommend this dish. Also, for the first time you order from the app, you get 5$ off your meal- in addition to having the convenience of letting you shop while you wait!! Will come back to try the bento next time as that too looks great.

The front of the restaurant looks clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The food is subpar. The shrimp tempura is basically over fried batter. It's almost like from a box and cooked too long. Little to no shrimp inside. The chicken is tasty and moist. The sushi is pretty decent. Don't know that I'd order here again.

Sarku Japan is the best food to get at the Great Mall food court, Don't go to Burger King you can get way better quality food for a better price at Sarku. You can get a plate of rice with vegetables and teriyaki chicken for about $10. The smell of the food is great it caught my families attention and we decided to try it. The experience I had was good you can see how they are cooking the food and the people there are kind and very good the line moves by quickly and it is easy to communicate with them because some of them speak Spanish and are very helpful to those Spanish speakers eating here. Overall i enjoy coming here and i really recommend it.
