AMAZING snacks! There is a free snack bar with all kinds of delicious chinese snacks, the staff were very kind and gave children toys. You can walk in at any given time and they will find you a table immediately. The place is very clean, and my family and I love it so much we go at least 2 times a week. The Food Have not had hot pot for a while, and a friend recommended Shan Cheng La Mei Zi so we decided to give it a try. They mentioned they quite enjoyed their side dish that they offer. We ordered their split soup base with spicy and mushroom. We also had their Beef Combo and Vegetable Combo, along with some a la carte items. The quality of the ingredients was pretty good and presented nicely. But I can see why my friend was hyping about the side dishes. They have a variety of snacks and side with their sauce bar to go alone with the meal. There are items such as hawthorns, shrimp chips, jellies, etc.. It was a nice snack and appetizer to go along with the meal. It was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend trying at least once.
The Miscellaneous Shan Cheng La Mei Zi is inside a large plaza, so there is a good amount of parking. The restaurant itself had some nice interior design aesthetics. Their menu has a good selection of items. But I was more impressed with their selection of snacks and side dishes. It was a nice addition to the meal. Their service was also good, no complaints there. This was an interesting hot pot experience, and I would like to return to try out their other selections.

The service attitude of a man wearing manager's clothes in the store was extremely bad. Without any knowledge of the service industry, we tipped 18% after paying the order, but they came over to scold us for the packaging problem. If we have done something wrong, it is completely understandable for me to remind you kindly. But the accusatory attitude was very, very bad and embarrassing in front of other guests. Is this the management trained by the hot girls in the mountain city? The service in the Los Angeles store is always online. Doesn’t the one in the Bay Area have dedicated training? All I can say is that I will never eat hotpot here again from then on. There are countless hot pot restaurants in the Bay Area. If the service is not good enough, it can only be said that it will be eliminated by other restaurants sooner or later. Originally I had the attitude of forgetting it, but I think if the old store doesn't pay attention to these issues, there's no need to rush to open another store. It's a bit of a warning.

authentic Sichuan hot pot with many unique items such as goose intestines, beef tripes, and pig brains. Highly recommend the shrimp stuffed bamboo fungus, beef strips, Chinese yam wide noodle, and fish fillets. Great side dish, dessert selections.
